came in during a rush so i understand maybe being tense, but the older lady at the food window was passive aggressive and snappy. i am normally a very understanding reviewer, however she was rushing us when ordering and shut the window on us when we were trying to ask for braums sauce. Talon, who checked our order out was very polite and calm despite being in a rush, unlike the lady. Kudos to him. My experience today was extremely disappointing as this location usually has acceptable service. also, my shake had an entire scoop of unmixed ice cream at the bottom. Also, pretty sure they raised their prices :/

The best ice cream around, with awesome pricing. You just can’t beat it anywhere. Also great hamburgers and shakes. But maybe the most surprising thing is their salads. They are terrific, and come with a container of cottage cheese on the side. Get your veggies AND your protein.

Food is good but everytime we go , our order is messed up. If we get a candy bar mix with chocolate icecream we get vanilla and have to wait 5 minutes and pull around to get it remade . This is everytime we go .

Went thru this morning and ordered a #4 breakfast. The lady told me to go to the last window. They opened the window and I handed them my card. They seemed annoyed and asked me if I could pay cash. ( first for that ) I said no and they seemed very annoyed and went to run my card. Their attitude changed greatly as they seemed pissed off. The food was cold and disgusting. This location is the worst location in Owasso. The store manager is short and pissy with customers for some reason. ( older biker looking lady ) Sad thing is I live near this store and alot of my neighbors say the same thing about this location.

I ordered a cherry limeade and they gave me sparkling water with a little bit of cherry syrup! Sooooo nasty and not even a little bit of sweet, just tart. I get Cherry limeades all the time! Now I’m scared to get them unless it’s at the Gilcrease Braum’s location.

The last 3 times I have gone they have forgotten or added random stuff I did not order or just straight up gives me the wrong order completely. Idk if the workers are just lazy or management is bad but If you want quick food correctly, don’t go to Braums

I’ve eaten at this location before, and usually the service is mediocre, but tonight we got our food and the staff (including the manager on shift) were extremely disrespectful. Being understaffed is no excuse for eyerolling, ignoring customers, or rude tones. I’m incredibly disappointed with this location because we’ve never had a great experience here. Other braums have been fine for the most part, but the young staff at this location always seem irritated that you would even dare to take your business there.
