Sat right away which was good. But 20mins for them to even ask us for what we want to drink/eat. Then another 20min for food. Super slow. I get things get busy but this place was dead like no one. It shouldn’t take that long .

I ordered the Money Cristo Flip. 0/10. The Swiss cheese was like plastic. Literally. Not melted and hard. The turkey was not fresh. It tasted like it was reheated several times and the ham was slightly burned. My husband had the French toast and was fine with it. Every time I go in and try a new menu item I’m disappointed. I need to stick with the Granny omelette.

Had to wait on manager who was busy trying to sell the little faces to hang on the wall while we were waiting to be seated. Food was terrible. It costed $60+ for 2 eggs Benedicts, 3 blueberry pancakes and 3 potatoes pancakes. We only had water. The server said it was $10 for the pancakes……NOT!!! Unbelievable!! Will never ever go there again!!

My mom, aunt & I dined here this morning. Our server was friendly, funny & attentive. Food was delicious and fast. It wasn’t all that busy for 9:30 on a Sunday morning. That quickly changed w a lobby full of people by the time we left! It’s been AGES since I’ve dined in a Perkins…since they’re thinning in the cities… today was a good reminder that I should stop back in from time to time. Thanks Perkins for a delicious meal served by a funny server who appreciated & reciprocated my humor. BTW today was a solid reminder to turn on the water before you use the restroom….don’t be a freezing rookie. Cheers!

The first thing I see is the sign mentioning the surcharge for eggs. I was surprised but it wasn’t that big of a deal. However, when the cleanliness and quality is off, I do have an issue. The water cup that was given to my grandma had lipstick marks on the rim, the kettle of hot water for my tea was extremely dirty and the water that came out of it had a brown tint. The syrup was watery and the hash browns looked and tasted like they sat on the grill for 20 seconds. The host and waitress were very nice but I would have never brought something that dirty out to a table.

Me and my family stopped in about an hour before closing, and even though the place was empty, the staff was super friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Our server, Eric G, was awesome — super kind, made sure everything came out just right, and checked in on us plenty. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We ate every bite! Big thanks to the whole team for giving us a great experience that late in the night.

Saw a server be rude to a customer. Granted, he did try to take something off the tray in a way that would have made it tip, but she did not handle it gracefully. Meanwhile, our server was fine. The food was mediocre, but it’s a Perkins, so that’s to be expected.

Kayla was on top of it! When I walked in she could sense I was in a hurry and immediately took my order. Kayla checked in on me a few times and asked how the food was and if I needed anything. She cashed me out quickly as well. One of the best servers I have ever had. Thank you!

I got there and was told 5 to 10 minute wait…. It was 45 minutes.

I ordered strawberry crispers and a magnificent 7.
My waitresses goal was to avoid me at all cost. She brought my crispers my water was empty she didn’t refill it til my main coarse arrived. She was extra chipper to all tables around me but little as possible was her goal to speak to me.
My main coarse was good. My crispiers were quite the site.
Once I went to pay the cashier made sure to call the waitress over like oh see no tip.
I tip off service and the waitress gave terrible service.
