I visited Popeyes with high expectations based on everything I’d heard, but the food was a bit disappointing. The chicken and sides lacked flavor — they felt kind of plain and were missing that special touch you’d expect from a place known for its seasoning.
However, the service was very good. The staff was friendly, quick, and attentive the whole time, which made the experience more pleasant despite the food.
Overall, if you’re looking for good service, it’s a solid place. But if you’re going for the flavor, at least during my visit, it fell short.

Food is tasty, but pieces were very slim. For the price of combo meal you don’t get enough food.
As far as sides they are small and you get only one unless you want to pay extra.
Staff is super friendly and inside is very clean.

The last time I went to this location I was parked and forgotten. After 20+ of waiting I had to go I side to get my order, which was wrong it was missing items. Here today 1/8/26 after months of avoiding this place I gave them another chance. WRONG AGAIN!!
If you have a discontinued item TAKE IT OFF MOBILE ORDERING! The customer service sucked as to They didnt give me an option to substitute They just said call corporate for a refund. Corporates number is just as bad!

I pre-ordered a Cajun Turkey on November 6th. I selected November 21st to pick it up. I paid $58 for this turkey.
I was so excited to pick my turkey up! The Cajun Turkeys are so good! I get to Popeyes on the day I chose to pick my turkey up. Waited almost 10 minutes before someone came to the counter. Then an employee came to the counter. The employee notified me that Popeyes had been out of turkeys for a week! and that I could get a refund online. I’m very mad at this point. I go online to try to get a refund and got an automation. The automation told me an agent would be getting back to me so watch my email. I’m not happy with Popeyes Restaurant!

We love the spicy and the classic chicken sandwich. They were out of mayonnaise, it made the sandwich a little bit dry. I got a tender dinner and the tenders seemed to be undercooked. Service is a little bit slow for so many employees to be inside. I understand they are new business and still learning but they need to pick it up a little bit.

contacted the Popeyes location in Somerset, Kentucky today at approximately 12:54 to report that my previous night’s order was missing three servings of rice. I had simply wanted to notify them of the error. Despite placing 25 calls, an elderly lady answered my call three times and raised her voice, stating that I needed to cease calling because they were extremely busy and hang up my call. Although I understand that they were busy, I am also a customer. Is this how they handle customer inquiries? I had placed my order online the previous night and waited for 25 minutes without receiving my food. There were no customers inside the restaurant, and I noticed a white truck waiting for an order as well. I believe the elderly woman who answered my call needs to be retrained on customer service skills or fire, as she did not handle my inquiry effectively.

New owners and App not working. Can’t claim my rewards or use loaded gift cards. Even my local Kroger has stopped selling the gift cards. Store workers are awesome though as well as the food

Service is friendly but not very efficient. If you use the drive thru you will probably be asked to pull up and wait on your order. The chicken strip boxes are a good deal. Stay away from the wings. They are very small and seem to be only breading and bone. If you do order the wings make sure to get something else to go with it. Plan on spending $20-$30 for 2 people.

Asked for 12 pc ghost pepper wings, told me it would be 10 minute wait for it, I waited, and they still gave me regular basic wings which I did NOT want. I also asked for 3 mashed potatoes which I paid for, drove off and realized they only gave me 2. Terrible customer service. The 2 women in their kept laughing and goofing around. Extremely unprofessional can’t take basic orders. Wish I got their names so I could let you guys know. 0 stars I am never coming back here again.
