Great first visit at Dalies, food was delicious and served quickly!.. The brisket was great, sides were amazing, and the service was attentive!. plenty of sauces to choose from, something for everyone really.. they had a few good looking sweets to try, banana pudding was tempting but will wait until next time. Small place, decorated accordingly, drive through that even the pets will love (treats at the window) Definitely worth it, thanks for a great experience!..

Matthew greeted us very warmly as soon as we arrived. He immediately took ownership of our order. Nathan brought out our order to our table and gladly brought us some pre- packaged bbq cups, for our to go bbq. These are the meatiest ribs I have ever encountered. They were so delicious and I’m really picky about my barbecue sauce! The sides were great in their own right. It was quite apparent to me that Matthew and Nathan were genuinely invested in our Dalie’s dining experience. The place has a cool vibe to it.

We visited on one of our only two days in St. Louis & we were glad we did. The ribs were extremely tender, well seasoned & the 6 available sauces were great. We also had the brisket which was equally tender & delicious. Slaw was on point. The bacon topped mac & cheese was very good as was the seasonally available cucumber & tomato salad. The staff were friendly, helpful & patient. Price was reasonable, the food worth every cent! They have good hours, as many of the places were already closed when we wanted BBQ at 3:00 in the afternoon. 20 minutes from our downtown hotel in a safe neighborhood. I liked it so much, I bought a T-Shirt!

Nice sunny day in November the wife and I thought BBQ would be nice! Not today guess we picked the wrong BBQ restaurant! I ordered BBQ Nachos and they were horrible! I asked to swap out my order but waiter refused to make it right!

Great BBQ out in West county. If your a fan of Pappys you’ll love this place. My first time and usually being in South County I drive out to Sugerfire. This is definitely better. Ribs were fantastic.

Goodness gracious, great balls of fire!

Pick an exclamation and it matches this place. Take the best of Pappy’s and Bogart’s and cram them together into a nondescript little place way out west and that’s a good start to understanding Dalie’s.

The ribs – an absolute highlight! Slightly sweet, a little sticky and a whole lot smoky. Perfection on a bone. We split a slab with a 1/4# of brisket on the side and it was a lot of really good food for a very reasonable price.

The beans – I’ve long felt that Bogart’s has the best beans in the city…but my opinion may have changed. Take all of the flavor of the ones they make at Bogart’s and add a little heat and you’ll have a good idea of what to expect at Dalie’s.

The brisket – very good but certainly overshadowed by the ribs.

Note: we were there at about 5pm and they had a line. It never went away. This place is something of a hidden gem but they are busy.

We stopped for first time on 2/14/2026, the food was great. The baked beans are the BEST I ever had !!!!!!! My wife got the brisket sandwich and I had the BBQ Nachos. The potoes salad was right op there with the baked beans.You need to try the ice/heat pickles{I had them cold} fried is the other option. You order yourself at counter and food was up quick and brought to your table!!!

I wanted to try a new BBQ place and this place fit the bill. The atmosphere inside is great. The restaurant is very clean and bright inside. There is also seating outside when the weather is nice. Lots of great choices on the menu to choose from. The staff is friendly and professional. The food did not take long to arrive after ordering. I thought the food tasted very good.
