Love the food but never can get my order right. Today I started ordering and the lady shut her headset off in the middle of the conversation and then tell me the price. I was even done ordering. Y’all need to listen carefully if you can’t ever get it right

I have eaten here a few times – always with some negative issue. Today, it cannot be overlooked. The burger, requested with no sauce, not only had sauce but looked like it had been shredded or dropped and torn. The fries, as usual, came semi-filled. When you order a large fries, what you really get is a large fry container with about a medium amount of fries. It’s a wonder no one has thought to do a class action suit as McDonalds surely benefits financially from this discrepancy of amount. Much like others have been sued for putting only 62 ounces of catsup in a 64 ounce bottle.

In any case, I normally enjoy McDonalds and I hope some improvements can be achieved.

9-16-2023 – Today I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and asked them to hold the egg. I also told them no cheese because even though it doesn’t come with cheese they continuously put cheese on it in past visits. So I open my bag and get my food out – they gave me a biscuit with egg. That’s it. I could almost forgive putting the egg on as an accident because that’s usually how it’s made, but taking the sausage away all together is just lazy, poor quality, and bad service.

7-28-2024 – Tonight the young woman who was doing the order taking could not get an order right to save her life. It took many repetitions to complete ordering. Then, as we pulled up to the first window where a blue-haired woman offered us our food, we noticed that our two large fries were delivered as a large fry and a small fry. I waited for her to come back to the window and I told her what had happened. She insisted I pay extra for a large fry even though the receipt clearly showed that is what I had bought. I told her I already paid for a large fry and she was very insistent that I pay the difference. I also pointed out that we bought combo meals which means that if you ordered a large drink, it’s automatic you get a large fry. The large drinks were also noted on our receipt. She was rude and insistent that we pay more. Basically, McDonald’s condones blatant theft and overcharging.

8-23-2025 – First off, the oatmeal is supposed to come with cranberries, raisins, and apples. Apples. While I was at the drive-thru window, one girl specifically told the other to put apples and cranberry packets in with the oatmeal. I arrive to find only cranberries. But that’s not bad enough because if you look at the picture, it is a thick, oatmeal paste smeared at the bottom with barely any water and a portion definitely not worth $3.29.

The employees make this McDonald’s something special. They not only are polite and respectful to customers but also to each other! Its delightful to listen to them interact with each other while you relax and dine.

No one was on counter to check in an order for 25 minutes and all employees avoided the customers waiting but somehow manager made sure to explain thats the customers fault because they’re busy. Wasted an entire lunch break waiting!

The lady who took our order (Tanya) was amazing! She was able to answer all of our questions and make suggestions. Tanya took our order quickly and accurately, was very friendly and engaged in lovely conversation. She had a smile on her face and upon exiting the restaurant, she wished us a good day.

Today the “White Castle”, probably copyrighted, Burger Hack from McDonald’s was spot on. Not a Square patty, but taste just the same.
Any White Castle Fans out there should order this, a Cheeseburger only extra onions. Order the Bills Mafia Box. Change the cheese burgers to the White Castles and you have a true “Mafia” Combo.
Just make sure to get a Coke also to make it truly complete….

Food was tasty and hot. I know it is McDonald’s but some are better than others. This is a good one. Very clean, even the drink area had no spills on the counter. The tables were spotless.

Don’t say your open online and have all the lights on if your closed idk what happened but it’s 9 not 11 it’s not a holiday no reason for them to randomly close wouldn’t be a big deal if they weren’t rude about it when it very clearly wasn’t closed

Coffee took 10 mins. They abruptly walked up and told us they were closed. I guess there was one letter sized paper unungst others on the door that stated they would be closing at 8 for maintenance. Then shut the lights off about two minutes later as we were putting outer coats on. When I inquired if maintenance was going to be done in the dark I was told by a young man that another manager would be there at 10:00 and that’s when maintenance would be happening.

I ordered a frappe through the app and when I went to pick it up, they said the machine was down. I asked for a refund since I couldn’t get it through the app unless they canceled it which they refused to do. Then when I said I didn’t want to pay for something I don’t get, they treated me like I was just a difficult customer making a fuss for no reason. I had them give a message to the manager to try to get refunded. I eventually received a call where she passive aggressively apologized for “not having the frappe that day” and they would have them again later. Nothing about payment whatsoever, but lots of attitude. I never ended up getting refunded, but fortunately did a successful charge back on my credit card.
