The service and ambiance were nice. We went to dinner for my cousin’s birthday celebration. There was a very noisy birthday party with children between the ages of 5 and 8. I think a party place that is more suitable for children of that age should have been chosen.

Came here on our way to Montauk for lunch! Service was a little slow but all the girls were amazing! Food was ok. We ordered chicken quesadillas, boneless buffalo wings and a chicken tenders kids menu! $50 (no tip)

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Applebee’s in Farmingdale, thanks to our server, Anthony C. We brought a group of nine, and Anthony was amazing from start to finish. He was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful with everything we needed. He handled our receipts smoothly, treated every member of our group with respect, and was always pleasant and professional. His patience and attentiveness truly stood out, making our visit enjoyable and stress-free. Anthony is an excellent waiter, and we sincerely appreciate all he did to make our meal so great. Highly recommend him!

Went here with a group of friends(we’re all servers) … never would I leave a review about something ridiculous, but the server named Deanna made my friends and I feel so uncomfortable, she was rushing us while we already had our food beyond belief at 12:15 when the restaurant closes at 1, then continued to just stand/ sit nearby when we were finished waiting for us to leave in almost in a creepy way (practically leaning on the side of our table) Every other time has been great though

Well, when I first sat down at the bar, it took them a little while to come over and ask if I needed anything. Order the drinks and the food which was very good, but then I looked over and not one, but two workers grabbed cherries with their fingers , not tongs which I think is very unsanitary. But the overall experience, I will give it a four out of five.

Came in with our kids after miniature golf. Against my better judgment because of the reputation of Applebees. We were sat pretty fast. Drinks came app came. Than the long wait for our entrees came. Decided to use the bathroom wich was a mistake. It was disgusting and dirty. Service got slower and the restaurant was definitely not busy for the time of night. Nobody bussed our table. It looked like the manager who finally took our plates away. Unfortunately some wanted desert I just wanted to leave. Our kids deserts came out fast but my gfs took longer. We asked for the bill and immediately gave our credit card so we can just escape.

My husband, brother-in-law, and I went to the Applebees in Farmingville, New York, on October 9th, 2025 around 6pm.
We placed our order (two of the 2 for $26 deals). We got our drinks and got our Apps.
While waiting for the rest of our food to be given, we got into an argument with a group at another table due to their unruly children. The kids were screaming “High pitched” and I commented, “That’s enough guys”. We decided to move our spot so that they wouldn’t be a bother to us and they could enjoy the rest of their meal.
I apologized to the adults at the table, for ruining their meals and explained that we were moving. They screamed at us. We screamed back. The manager on duty asked us to leave instead of trying to fix the situation.
We will never ever go to that location. The management was unprofessional and failed to deescalate the situation.

I ordered a bacon chicken ranch sandwich and I got so sick!! This has never happened to me before. Never ordering from them again which is sad. Its always been a nice change from cooking dinner and ordering from Applebee’s. Even on a night where we just need some appetizers for our family movie night. Im not taking a chance getting sick like this again though.
