My new personal favorite, a McCrispy Sandwich with crunchy Jalapeño pieces, lettuce and hot honey sauce. Probably the best McDonald’s has to offer on the menu and just my new personal favorite. I like to order with an extra side of Hot Honey sauce and let me tell you that the sauce is good on everything. I hope it becomes apart of the permanent menu and joins the McCripsy family long term. I can definitely eat every lunch.

We spent almost $40 on food including 40 nuggets. They asked me to pull on the side which was fine but I waited 10 minutes before I got my food and it wasn’t very busy inside or in the drive-through. The person who came to give me my food left before I could check my order and they didn’t put any sauces in for the nuggets. I had to go around again in the drive-through and the girl at the window gave me six sauces for 40 nuggets. I asked for two more and was told they have to charge me. So after messing up my order and making me go around again, they couldn’t just give me two extra sauces.
Is it that serious? No. But it’s irritating and annoying enough for me to stop and write this one star review.
Will a manager or franchisee care more than the employees about customer service? Because the people working tonight couldn’t care less. Two cheap sauces just cost them hundreds of dollars in future business because if I want McDonalds in the future, I’ll just go to a different location… ♂️
Update: the fries were old and soggy to boot and one of them was blue. What horrible experience.

Food was fresh and hot! Granted we were there right during lunch time but we were in and out of the drive-thru really quick and everything was super good! Only issue was that they didn’t do my husband’s burger right which we kind of figured that they wouldn’t buy a slight confusion that there was in the drive-thru but they fixed it quickly and he was able to eat in a few minutes.

I had a very disappointing and disrespectful experience at this McDonald’s. The drive-thru menu clearly advertised a limited-time $6 deal for a 20-piece chicken nuggets, but when I tried to order it, the employee working the intercom was rude, dismissive, and talked back as if he was the manager. Instead of honoring the price shown on their own board, he refused to price match and had a terrible attitude the entire time.
If a promotion is being displayed, customers should not be argued with for trying to order it. This location needs better customer service training and clearer communication with staff. I will not be returning until they learn how to treat customers with basic respect.

Place was dead empty, found a hair in my sandwich and all they could do was offer to remake it? No thanks! No one wears hear nets they are not cleanly or professional and when I spoke to the manager, she moved the hair from the sandwich then asked me to prove to her there was a hair as if I had lied. To make things worse when I asked for corporates number she intentionally gave me a Canadian number so I could not make a report (thank goodness Canada McDonald’s threw her under the bus and gave me the right number) I wouldn’t eat here if it was the last location in America and they had the pope himself running it.

This is and always has been the laziest McDonald’s. They take up the two closest parking spots for mobile orders, but they don’t offer curbside pickup. So I ordered table side delivery instead and ate inside. When my order was up, she just yelled my name out to come and get my order. As you can see by the order printed on the bag it says table side and my table number. It was only like 10 ft; But that’s not the point. Why offer things you have no intention of following through with? Most of the tables were dirty, although about half way through our meal an employee came out to mop at least. It wasn’t lunch or dinner rush, could definitely be cleaner. I think that I’ll listen to my better judgement and order at a different location next time.

I got the buy one, get one for a $1 deal at McDonald’s. So I got two 10-piece chicken nuggets (Price$5.75 + $1 for the second). Two big Max (Price$5.75 +$1 for the second).
Also got a medium Coke (price $1.49). customer service was great. The atmosphere was nice and modern. Super comfortable chairs to sit on. There’s also a drive-through. Would recommend checking this location out.

I’ve avoided this place as much a possible, but sometimes you just need to eat, and there they are.
Nobody takes orders, no straws/ketchup/napkins/drink dispenser anywhere, so when they forget to provide any/all of those, you just have to stand and wait at the counter. Since you can’t order at the counter, workers look at you oddly and walk right past you while standing there, as if you are interrupting them in their space. Eventually, somebody will raise an eyebrow at you as if hinting to turn around and use the touchscreen for whatever you need, but when you don’t, someone else will eventually ask what you want. Took a good 90sec. standing there for this to play out so I could get 2 ketchup packs.
I regret giving in to base desires rather than going to the Mexican joint across the street. It’d been several years since eating at McD’s, and it’ll hopefully be decades until the next time.

The manger working morning shift today. Dec 3rd 2025 is extremely rude. I WILL NOT COME HERE Anymore. I LOVE MCDONALD’S but now Im going to Jack in the Box or Burger king instead. Im fact i will gk anywhere but Mc Donald’s from now on. Thank you for ruining my favorite place to eat.

Order 699 only half the order was filled. We got both fish sandwiches but there were no cheeseburgers. This wasn’t realized until we were miles away.
