I decided to buy KFC today for my father’s birthday. I used the KFC app for the first time and ordered the Taste of KFC (a combo that includes different sides), upgrading two of the sides to large for $1.50 each. When I arrived at the store, I went to the drive-thru since it was empty. The woman only gave us the chicken and biscuits, no sides at all. When we waited at the window and spoke to her, she refused to give us the sides. We showed her the order on my phone, but even with the order in her hand, she gave us the wrong sides (regular sides). She refused to give us the large sides we had ordered. She treated us poorly the entire time. This happened at 10:40 AM today.

Took ages to get my mobile order of a chicken little and mash potato’s. Sat at the drive thru and no one said a word to us was already weird because you could tell a customer you’ll be with them instead of sitting for 5 minutes in silence. Then we pull forward and they trying to make us wait another 10 minutes for one chicken little and some premade mash?? So that was odd, we go back around and it’s ready but man was that the biggest L of my life. The sandwich was smothered in mystery mayo…. Weird odd color, and the mash tasted sour? Just nasty. I think that’s my last time I’ll give any fast food another try. Very disappointing waste of money because I had to throw all of it out. Idk what goes on with the night people but if they are like that everyday, I don’t see how they going to last. SMH. Oh and my chicken little was supposed to be spicy…. It was made regular….

I hate this KFC! Everytime I want some chicken and go to this place the chicken is half cooked raw on the inside ! Never cooked fully ! The worse KFC ever I wish they hire more urban ppl to do the cooking because whoever back their frying the chicken need to be fired !! 0 STARS! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUDE MANAGER. I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location tonight. I placed a mobile order at 7:02 PM for an 8-piece meal and didn’t receive my food until 7:52 PM. When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready so i had to wait, and other customers were just standing around upset waiting with no communication from staff. One customer had to yell and ask was anyone going to come to the front desk.
What made it worse was the lack of acknowledgment. Employees were not greeting or updating anyone, and when I asked for the manager (Dalia) twice, the employees acted as if they were scared to get her, the manager ignored me until I mentioned filing a complaint. I asked the manager why am i waiting 40 minutes just to get a 8 piece meal, she just stared at me and stayed quiet for a few seconds then said sorry, and she walked away to the drive through and started taking order through the headset and totally ignored me.
I then asked for a refund and, instead of the manager resolving the issue in store, I was told I had to request a refund through the app.
By the time i got my food, I was already on the KFC app filing a complaint and requesting a refund.
So instead of enjoying my meal, I had to spend additional time on customer service chat providing a large amount of personal information just to request a refund. The entire process felt unprofessional from start to finish.
Mobile ordering is supposed to save time, not add 40+ minutes of waiting and frustration. I hope upper management seriously looks into how this location is being run, because multiple customers were visibly upset during my visit.
This experience was ridiciolous. The District Manager really needs to look into whats going on at this location. Very disappointing experience.
I should have went to Pollo Campero because they are always friendly, fast and always ready to take your order.
I think im done with KFC for 2026.

What a bunch of inept and rude staff. For the second time they messed up my order (placed in person) and when I called to complaint, first they hung up on me 3 times. On the 4th try the young guy who answered the phone, could only answer to me with a “uhm, uhm.” I asked to speak to the manager and when he told her I wanted to speak with her, she told him “I’m busy, hung up the phone.” My next step is to call corporate on these people. I’m paying for service that I’m not getting.

This Kentucky Fried Chicken store provided the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant or fast food establishment in the past 50 years. The staff at this one store has caused me to vow that I will never go to or spend a dime at Kentucky Fried Chicken ever again. On 10/1 I ordered a bucket of chicken and some sides ahead of time online and tried to pick up my order when they said it would be ready. They said they were completely out of chicken, it would just be a few minutes and they would bring it out to me. After 30 minutes of waiting, I attempted to get my order again. They still reported no chicken available, so I asked that the order be canceled. I was told that the only person that could cancel the order was me the customer, online. I asked to speak to a manager, but I was refused. Since I had a crew of people waiting on me I could not wait any longer. Later that evening when I went online, I found no way to cancel the order. I called their support number at that time and was informed that only a manager at the store can provide a refund. They assured me that someone would call me back the next day. I received no call and nearly a month later I called their support once again. I was told the same thing again, that a member of management would call me back. It has now been several weeks and I have yet to receive a refund or a call from their on-site store management. They took my money even though they did not have product to sell, they lied to me about the process of canceling the order they were unable to fulfill and then despite contacting their support multiple times, received no call back that was necessary to process a refund. It boggles my mind that there is a business in the United States in 2025 that conducts business in this manner. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! Find another place to eat. You will thank me later. I had to rate this restaurant a 1 star because there was no option to give them 0 stars. They don’t deserve even 1 star.

I went to this location and ordered 3 meals and 2 Famous Bowls (one of the bowls was supposed to be part of a meal). It was already late, almost 11:30 PM, so when they handed me the bags, I left. When I got home, both Famous Bowls were missing, and the chicken from the other meals was terrible quality. I paid over $40, and when I called the store, absolutely no one answered.
I ended up without food, while everyone else ate.
This is completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and all I want is my money back.

Please, for the love of all that’s holy, check your order before you leave. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times I’ve made it home and parts of the order are missing. The first time it was 6 chicken tenders and this time it was 12 nuggets. And neither time did anyone apologize or offer anything to make up for my wasted time.

called to complain because my chicken was not cooked to my standard. What upset me more than the food itself was how the situation was handled by the manager on duty.
She told me that the machines cook the chicken, not the employees, and that it was “impossible” for the chicken to be undercooked—essentially implying that I was lying. When I asked for the General Manager’s name, I was told she could not give out “personal information,” which is unreasonable considering I was simply asking for a name, not sensitive details.
The interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. After reading recent reviews, it seems this type of experience has become a normal occurrence at this location. Because of this poor service and dismissive attitude, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Placed UberEats order. Arrived at the store to pick it up. Saw two employees inside. Tried to open the door but it was locked. The two employees acted luke they didn’t see me. Ultimately, i concluded that the store may be closed and UberEats allowed the order to go through in error. I drove away and let UberEats know to issue me a refund…. only for multiple chat representatives to tell me that the store was still open and therefore they won’t issue a refund. I assume the reps do this so that they can keep the food that we paid for
