I tried to use my app today but it’s been doing this thing where I give the cashier my code, the system tells the cashier my code is invalid, the cashier will ask me to get a different code, and then my app will say “you already used this code”. When it happened to me today I asked the cashier how I can fix this? I have deleted the app and redownloaded it, nothing. I asked very politely and calmly. She said “no, nothing I can do for you “. I politely asked for a manager that could possibly help, “I am the manger. Have a nice day” I was shocked! This was all over the intercom, I hadn’t even seen anyone yet! Not only was she not willing to help me, now she was telling me to leave?!? I was very nicely asking for help! And I would have bought food without my app if we couldn’t have made it work! It is absolutely mind-boggling to me when these 20 something-year-old managers are met with a polite customer who has an issue and the manager is more rude to the customer. I am a store manager in a retail environment. I understand how retail workers are mistreated. I was not rude to this worker. I was very calmly speaking, using the word please, and was only asking for help. And instead of getting me help or trying to solve the situation, this young manager was rude and turned me away, made their store miss out on a sale. As a store manager myself I would be very disappointed to hear my manager/team made us not only lose a sale but a customer all because she didn’t want to offer any kind of help or try anything to fix the situation. Instead she was rude, told me there was nothing she can do for me, and turned me away. Bad business.

Messed up my order so I had to drive all the way back. It’s not the mistake I’m disappointed in because we all make them, its the fact they wasted a perfectly good sandwich and threw it in the trash right in front of me. They could have had the courtesy of letting me keep it for having to drive all the way back or at the very least apologized (which I didn’t hear once).

I used to come to this McDonald’s because the workers were polite and I always had the right food. Since a new general manager took over a few months ago, it has become extremely obvious that the workers are now more rude than ever. Go back and read the reviews. You can see the big difference.

I’ve gone here a few times before but man I have had it with this drive thru line. Waited almost 30 mins for my food and the line wasn’t even that long. Normally I understand if you’re understaffed but with only a few cars ahead of me. Ridiculous! And to top it all off they even got my order in correct. I have never wrote a review for anything and this place has finally made it. Nice job! Thanks for the terrible experience!

We only ordered 2 ice cream cones through the drive thru. We were handed them and they immediately started to drip all over our hands. We had to eat them quickly because they were dripping down our hands and on our jackets. It was not an enjoyable treat for us.

This place has always been hit & miss. 50/50…u never know if you’ll get fresh food. Many times the fries are stale and cold or half full..this last visit, my bigmac was stale and old and had been sitting for a long time, had to take it back! The bun and patty was tough and dry around the edges..the lettuce was almost non existent. The little that was there was super wilted. Photos of the old and new bigmac they made me, big difference…I shouldnt have to waste my time driving back!

Literally almost everytime I go here I get a dr pepper its my one little thing I can get myself every once in a while. Atleast half of the time they give me a diet coke instead..??? I dont get why that happens so offen they are nothing alike. On top of that being given the wrong size, or they take so damn long jist to get it all wrong. I sat at the ordering screen for 5 mins with nothing then finally someone asked if I was using the app and when I said no.. more silence for another 3 ish mins then when I say hello im told to wait a second…? Like what…?

Could give zero if possible because I’ve been here almost 20x and every single time they get my order wrong even though it’s slow?? I always try giving workers the benefit of the doubt but one EARLY morning they left EGG SHELLS in my sandwich and made my coffee wrong. The coffee tasted nothing like my usual Mocha and even tasted expired, hurting my stomach. One of the worst parts was that I waited OVER 10 minutes and was ignored multiple times when I was asking about my 4 item order. They waited until everyone’s order was finished EVEN THOUGH I was the only other person in the McDonald’s and I came WAY early before anyone was even pulled up to the drive through before ‘working’ on mines when I literally saw the bag was already ready but they weren’t giving it to me?? I have never been treated so badly and I am very sad because I come here VERY often and just wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is too far for me.

slow to bring out food. they will wait and talk to each other as your food sits there and gets cold, even when you’re waiting by the counter. poor customer service and lack of care. i usually have to wait 10-15 minutes just for a burger or two, that time including my food sitting in the kitchen getting cold. i don’t recommend.

Been stuck in the drive through for about 20 minutes. Idk what on earth is going on but I am now late to work because I made the mistake of thinking I would be able to buy a single item from this mcdonald’s without it completely derailing my day.
