I went in after 6:00 am on Friday. It was very clean and quiet, the Lady behind the counter was very pleasant for that time of morning. I appreciated that. I am not a fan of the “in store kiosks” so it was nice to be greeted by a pleasant person that was willing to take my order.
My oder came quickly and she even added the cream and sugar to my coffee.

I went in to use the bathroom because I was traveling again. I decided to order a sweet tea and some fries. Cost $5.69. Large tea small fries. Just the walk to my car and the fries were cold. But this McDonald’s does has something great going for it. The best grass ever. If you are traveling with your dogs it would be a great place to stop. Plenty of grass away from the road. I usually have two dogs with me and I notice things like this. That’s why I’m giving them a 4 and atmosphere a 5. I was the only person inside and I had to wait on an employee on break to go get someone to take my order. That was why service got a two.

I see all the negative comments about the employees at this location, but that was not my experience this morning (1/31/25) in the drive thru. The ladies at each window couldn’t have been friendlier! I got a HAPPY NEW YEAR! from both of them and they were very nice. My unsweet tea is usually messed up and I have to return it, but my order was accurate and fast. Maybe this location is turning a corner – so give them another try – or at least go in the morning when the nicest employees are working!

McDonald’s has fell off in the past 5 years. This one was really bad. The teenagers that took my daughters order was rude to her. They need to just close. There Food is plastic poison. My daughter made me take her because she use to love there nuggets but never again she says. Fries were cold. Thumbs down

Very disappointed to say this is a local McDonald’s for us and we now drive almost 30 minutes to the next one just to avoid this one. Not to mention we ONLY ever eat French fries from this place.
The customers are always extremely kind and are the ones that make the environment somewhat decent. Specifically, the morning shift/workers are continuously just beyond miserable, they are rude, dismissive, and are never NOT shrugging off customers.
I DoorDash for one of my jobs and that is the only time that I have to come in here as I am forced at that point. Not only are they rude to customers, but then others that are working delivery services and picking up orders, including myself. This is about the fourth time now however, somebody picking up an order was waiting, and I saw their order sitting on the table. It took not only the man to ask three people and get looked at and ignored as they walked past him, but then myself, three women that I had to ask for help. It was only once I’ve raised my voice in disgust at this point that they went over, snatched the bag and threw it on the pick up counter for the man to get. Another man asked about a mobile pickup and a lady waddled her way past him waving her hands in the air yelling “NOT MY JOB”.
My problem personally is they continuously mark the DD orders ready for pick up, when the order is not ready to be picked up. I had an order to pick up on the hour and didn’t leave the store until 30 minutes later. It was 2 food items and 3 drinks. It said it was available to pick up which puts me and other Dashers behind on the app. It marks our pick up and delivery time as late. Our acceptance rate goes down, we lose money, and once we hit below a certain percentage, we then lose our jobs and get kicked from DoorDash.
The Night Shift is a little bit better. I have to say I’ve had pretty good experiences then. There’s one lady that works the morning shift as a manager I’m pretty sure or maybe not anymore, but she is certainly a problem.
I watched an older couple get dismissed and ignored at the counter all morning while waiting for my order to the point where they left. It doesn’t matter the age or ethnicity. These workers are just genuinely so rude to everyone and anyone that walks into the store’s location.
I’ve noticed some new people were hired and genuinely it’s still an issue. We live in a world and economy, where a little bit goes a very long way these days. Either the general manager does not care about any of these issues or if they do, they need to sit and have a very large meeting to discuss.
If you hate your job or you hate working with people, I am 100% sure people like myself would take your place and provide and excel within customer service and just genuinely being kind. People who do not like providing customer service should not be working within customer service. It is so frustrating, through making my point this morning, I had many people at the counter agreeing with me.
Between the reviews and in person complaints, I just think that this place needs complete reshaping remodeling and new employees entirely. I can come to this store and point out one specific man and one specific woman that are absolutely amazing. The rest of you I apologize (not really), but you should not be working here.
You are jeopardizing people’s jobs because you hate your own, and you are making people have a miserable experience when all they want is to come in for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
At this point, I don’t know how this location is still running. 0 stars if I could.

Server did not said anything to us, just brought food and that’s it. No “enjoy your meal”, no “Hello or Hi”. They didn’t give any napkins and forgot to bring a drink. When I come to get my, I friendly asked where my drink is. Employee didn’t say “sorry” or anything, she just brought a cup to me and rolled her eyes. My burger looks like a salad and the meat was falling out of the box. Fries are bitter which means oil is old.

What a terrible experience from a raunchy inexperienced crew. They physically yelled at me over me saying the fries and nuggets were old and cold WHAT!?. It was obvious. Also they yelled at a customers child standing near the door all the patrons were looking back and forth like is this place for real. This is a 1.0 star level establishment stick to Stanton family enterprises in mount holly or loves gas station McDonald’s they are light years better than this abysmal McHell

I went through the drive through at approximately 10:20pm on 10/16/25, I got a Big Mac meal with a large fry and sweet tea. The Big Mac was upside down and was a mess it was also cold like they never wanted to heat the patties or buns up, and the fry’s were cold as well and I didn’t get a full serving of the large fry it’s like they just wanted to get out and through whatever fry’s they could get without looking. It’s horrible how I go to your McDonald’s to get food and try and win the prizes for the monopoly thing that is going on and I don’t enjoy my food while at it. It’s horrible
