I ordered a triple pretzel smasher combo, but I received a double (missing sauces), added onions, and lite mustard sauce. It was my first visit and probably my last, as my experiences at Sonic franchises haven’t been the best. I get that it’s fast food, but fast isn’t cheap anymore, and consumers should get what they pay for. Businesses shouldn’t cut corners when a customer orders via the app and picks up their meal at the drive-thru. They trust that we’ll pay, and we trust that our order will be fulfilled as paid for. Please read the reviews, which provide a broader picture of the service and the expectations of this establishment.

Last night my friends and I stopped by really late night going back home from an event and there was only 2 gentlemen working. We had to make multiple separate orders at once and the man working the register was being very nice to us despite the fact that it was busy. The food was also correct and good. Thank you.

I asked for the Philly cheesesteak and got something that looks nothing like what they are advertising. It was so skimpy, little to no cheese. Mostly bread. Then the popcorn chicken / buffalo wing sauce was the worst. Dried chicken with sauce. At least make them big chicken tenders with buffalo sauce on them. Very D class. Then my 3-year-old got ketchup and mustard on his junior cheeseburger kids meal. At least ask before putting this stuff on the burger or tell it in the menu. It does for the other burgers. I will not be going back there unless it’s only for the drinks.

Excellent service, clean parking lot, but all the food was so greasy. I had to wipe the grease off my finger every time I got a fry as they oozed frying oil, and even the OUTSIDE of the burger wrapper was greasy, as was the burger roll and burger. The flavor was okay, but overwhelmed by frying oil and the grease from the burger.

The food was great. Got a dirty coke (its actually good you should try it), double patty burger, and the fries. The burger was great and the fries were so good. I tried the dirty coke (diet) and I actually enjoyed it. It has coconut and lime in it bit I think you can add other options to it as well. The drive in order area was closed but it was pretty hot that day so I don’t blame them.

Typical fast food joint. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was run-of-the-mill with a few intriguing offerings for the adventurous. The vibe would be a lot cooler if they got back to their roots as a drive-in. Their slushies are a great way to cool down in the summer heat with a ton of flavors to choose from and customize

Just terrible. After working all night just getting something to eat is priceless sometimes, and here is not it. Taking care of other customers, not getting my order right not completing my order. I left the food and did not pay. A shame cause it’s the closest to me. And the late night shift does a little better but they don’t have as many customers.

The appeal of Sonic used to be its old fashioned drive-in style. The food was cheap, tasty, and served quickly on skates. All those things are gone. I recently stopped here after a workout as a treat. I wound up waiting at the drive up speaker for over 10 minutes with nobody answering. Then, when I pulled up to the window a slovenly kid was standing there with the headset on his neck, blatantly not listening. The food takes too long, has plummeted in quality. Do not recommend.
