We started with the Charred Octopus — perfectly tender with poached potatoes, ’nduja butter, and citrus oil. It was beautifully balanced: smoky, slightly spicy, and bright all at once. A fantastic way to begin the meal.

Next, we tried the Meatball Ferris Wheel, which comes with one of each craft meatball served over creamy polenta. Such a fun concept and even better in flavor. Every bite was rich and comforting, but the standout favorite was the steak meatball with truffle mushroom sauce. The earthy truffle and savory steak combination was next level — easily the best of the bunch.

For the Pane Cunzatu (Sicilian-style bruschetta), we chose:
• Whipped Ricotta
• Whipped Goat Cheese & Peperonata
• Pea Pesto
• Prosecco Grapes

Each one had its own personality, but the absolute favorite was the Prosecco Grapes — gorgonzola dolce, Sicilian pistachio, and pink peppercorn. The sweet and savory balance was perfection, and the texture combination made it unforgettable.

The quality of ingredients really shines through in every dish, and you can tell there’s attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. It’s elevated but still warm and inviting — the kind of place that feels special without being pretentious.

Definitely one of our new favorite Italian spots in Fort Worth. We’ll be back for that truffle mushroom meatball and grape bruschetta for sure. ✨

So glad we chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary with the family here. From making reservation to placing order and service it was a memorable experience. Haillie was very attentive without being overbearing. She was very helpful and recommended good options. The giant board is highly recommended for group of 10 or more. Most of us enjoyed and finished what we ordered. Some were just huge portion (pork parmigianno). I felt the marinara sauce was a bit too much that you couldn’t taste anything else. Other than, the price is commensurate. Love the personal touch…card for our anniversary. Thanks for the wonderful evening and experience.

This place needs to be talked about more!!! Came for Thanksgiving dinner with moderately expectations because FB reviews are slightly low but Google is high. Also, as hospitality professionals, we’re admittedly picky and can be hard to please.
I can’t rate this experience HIGH ENOUGH!!!! Service: Ernest was amazing! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, took his time explaining with enough detail to guide us but not overwhelming. He offered suggestions where it was appropriate and answered all of our questions. He left enough time between check backs for us to enjoy conversation and food without being intrusive but engaged in conversation that had us loving him!!
Appetizers: we got 2 meatballs (Tomasu and Tony’s) and I have NEVER had better. I will never come here and NOT get an order of Tony’s meatballs. Absolutely incredible, melt in your mouth delicious!!!!
Bruschetta board was outstanding!! The whipped ricotta and honey was a match made in heaven. The balsamic cherries were soo good.
Entrees: the 10-layer lasagna is not as enormous as you would picture 10 layers to be. It was surprisingly light, not heavy on the cheese at all yet delicious!
The carbonara was the only mediocre dish we got. But that’s also out of the ordinary for me to order so that’s my bad for choosing that.
Tiramisu was 10/10! Delicious!!
The espresso martini was delicious, and only takes 1 to get you where you need to go
I cannot wait to go back and try more! Thank you for an AMAZING Thanksgiving dinner, Ernest!!

We had a great time at the Sicilian Butcher! We were greeted by a friendly hostess, seated quickly and enjoyed a wonderful meal. We started with the Meatball Ferris Wheel, which was fun and delicious! Our server was energetic, friendly and took great care of us. I had Nonna’s Canneloni and my wife had the Grilled Ribeye. And although we were quite full we did partake of the best Tiramisu I have ever had. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for a nice Italian dinner!

I met up with some family members and didn’t know what to expect. I got there early and enjoyed their happy hour. 6 star customer service. I was very well taken care of. The $6 red wine on happy hour was very good. The misto frito? Was amazing. Calamari and shrimp cooked perfectly. We were sat at a booth very fast. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable. They make the pasta in house which is so cool. We all got the art of pasta option. You get to pick sauce, noodles, and meatballs. I adored the truffle mushroom sauce. I’d come back just for that. Steak meatballs paired perfectly with it. We then moved over to the bakery side to pick out desserts. The amount of cannoli filling options was Incredible. I loved the espresso mini cannoli. So cute and just enough sweet. My family members raved about the blood orange Gelato. I can’t wait to come back here. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

Here’s a polished 3-star dine-in review based on what you shared:

⭐⭐⭐ 3-Star Review

“Dined in for a Sunday lunch party. The charcuterie board was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the meatballs and pasta were just okay and lacked flavor. The service was great—attentive and friendly throughout our visit. However, I was expecting more of that warm Italian aroma, which was noticeably missing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but the food could use more seasoning and authenticity.” the dessert was excellent too!

The food is great. This is the 2nd valentine’s day we had here and they are super busy but they do a great job keeping up especially the bar staff. Robert and Ethan did great.

I apologize to the world for not writing a review of the Sicilian Butcher sooner. Allen the GM took his time greeting us and explaining their high quality foods and drinks. Chef Landon came out to explain our meat and cheese board and answered questions we had about their dynamic and incredible menu. You can tell how much he loves what he creates and the process and care that goes behind it. He’s a generous and kind chef who cares about his customers. That was a great feeling! The food is indescribable and I urge you to try it all because there are no disappointments, only delicious surprises. The pizza dough is outstanding and sets itself apart immediately from the rest. The steak meatballs are tasty and smooth. Our bartender Liam made the best Melon Margaritas (Marg Al Melone) and took great care of us!! It was pretty and insanely tasty!!!!! To finish, I challenge you to find a better Tiramisu than this one (see pic). Prepped over 3 days and smooth as can be. I’ve never had anything like it. Everything is fresh and the prep is well orchestrated and masterfully delivered. We feel at home here and the vibe is bright and happy. I’ve sent several friends here and they were all blown away. It makes me happy to share this special place with all who love good food, drink and atmosphere. Thank you to the entire staff at the Sicilian Butcher from start to finish!!!

We had birthday reservations but the restaurant is sooo good that paid patrons did not want to leave their tables and the wait “pushed us” towards a bar seating. This was serendipitous because we had the best time chatting with Robert and Ethan (bartenders) and other patrons at the bar that we were not remotely disappointed! The meatball ferris wheel was amazing as was the pork rollatini and gnocchi (not “no cheese” …. now a staff joke). DO NOT HESITATE TO VISIT. DO NOT BE DISAPPOINTED TO SIT AT THE BAR, it turns out to be the best seating! Thank you ❤️

My wife and I went to celebrate our 17th anniversary. She had been seeing this restaurant I took her. Once we got there I was informed it was a 15 minute away. We waited multiple tables open which I understand the head reservation people as well so I could’ve been a case, but there was a good amount of tables open we were told would like to sit inside or outside we told her whichever is available first,Even though there was open inside we were then sat outside after a good minute, waiting for a table to a table with no heater and it was pretty chilly that night more than we expected I didn’t see other tables open by heaters that we’re working, but we were given the one without the heater. We also noticed that other tables were being seated after us were also getting the order before us and more interaction with staff felt off. The Ferris wheel meatballs thing was ok, the pizza was ok I will say my wife enjoyed her meal
