Only half the order delivered. I called to ask them about it and they asked me to go pick up the rest, even though I paid a delivery fee. They said they’d “see” if they could send someone with the rest of the order, then hung up on me.

I eat here at least 2-5 times a month, have had different experiences with different shifts. I think a more open communication process in the management department would do the trick. No one has ever been rude to me but I have had people say to me they would NOT get pizza here again. I guess I love the pizza and respect the fact that some days I will have to wait a Lil longer, because of distractions, but I don’t mind at all. I love me some Pizza Hut, don’t care what store its at or what time it might be.
