I did leave a great review for this place but I guess I have to change my mind. I don’t know if they hired someone who doesn’t like me or what because I don’t know anyone in Ashland I just moved here. Either way you don’t serve this to someone unless you have Ill will towards them this was sloppy and down right disgusting, my original order was completely wrong and had a huge gnat fly out of the box I refused to touch any of it I hate bugs and Mac sauce the thought of any of this makes me hurl. The woman on the phone was kind and said they would remake it awesome, so I thought. The remake was worse she said she checked it herself how? My burger was smashed in, half of the other Big Mac was empty the ingredients were swapped like they put my tomatoes on my husbands cheeseburger and Mac sauce on both cheeseburger and Big Mac, again I HATE Mac sauce. They mess up our order now everytime we come in I work in fast food and you can’t mess up that badly unless you’re doing it on purpose. This is unprofessional and unacceptable! Whoever is doing this needs some disciplinary action or fired.

These were the fries I got today with my combo. It wasn’t even a small fry. Which is what it was supposed to be. There was hardly any fries in it. Then they just throw them in the bag. I went to grab the fries out the bag and they had all fallen out in the bottom of the bag. This happens evey time I go through the drive thru. They truly need to be more careful with people’s food when bagging there order. Just rediculous. I won’t be back . Careless workers

Man, this is a great McDonald’s! The food is always good, like almost flipping always. The people there are honestly pretty nice for the most part and are great to deal with. And as an avid dasher, I can say that they treat us really well, both with the punch cards, and their quick work. Y’all are a great team!

The employee working night shift is VERY incompetent to even work the night shift. He has no respect for customers, no idea what deals McDonald’s is running. Lineman in back literally standing with his hands in pocket instead with his gloves on, and not preparing order. Manager Couldn’t provide a receipt, didn’t know who the morning supervisor was that was coming in or what time they would be coming, or at least wouldn’t say. His personal hygiene is lacking, greasy hair and needs to be required to have his hair pulled back when dealing with people’s food. This restraint lacks on getting door dash orders out on time when they r slow with other customers and it’s ridiculous. They have 1 good female manager that is the best of all of them who works days. This place needs retrained.

Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes paid for my food, got to the next window and my order was no longer there had to sit and wait another 10 minutes for them to get my food together. They give me cards to get something free later on to make up for it, and they are all expired as of April of this year, it is December I called the store to talk to the manager Parker. He was such a great help of telling me to drive 30 minutes back to Ashland. From my hometown and he will fix it there and does not have a corporate number to give anybody nor can he tell me the corporation’s name?Don’t go to this McDonald’s.I really hope the Monica’s buy this one.Soon

Drive anywhere else to get food. They will mess up your order, then laugh at you when you want the items you paid for. Their management will only offer “coupons” if you wasted your money on items you never received.
Edit: in response to their comment. I did and wasn’t given any solution other than coupons to come back and wasted more of my money with thier store.

Quick service, however, almost EVERY OTHER TIME i come here, my order is messed up. I order the exact same thing everytime. I always order my burgers with either just ketchup and pickle or just ketchup and mustard and without fail everytime there are onions on it. now if it was something easy to take off like lettuce that would be fine, but even after wiping the onions off i can still taste them. i’ve called multiple times to complain about this and they still continue doing it. it’s not that hard to read orders correctly or re make the after messing up. this is simply just annoying and very inconvenient. 1 star for you.

You guys suck. Asked for extra ice and I get the smallest amount of ice in my cup. Ketchup smeared all over outer buns of my burger and the burger was half wrapped so ketchup all over the inside of the bag. Didn’t get my nuggets I paid for either. App sucks for reporting mess ups, just tells me I need to go back to store basically after driving all the way home. Do better you people, you want to make more than $17 an hour yet can’t follow simple directions. Insane!

Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry or expect to recieve what you ordered and paid for. You pull up to the speaker to order, then you pull up to the first window and order again, but make sure you get your receipt because if you don’t have it at the second window you’ll be ordering again. Then they give you a bag with some of what you ordered and you have to go in and ask for the rest of what you already paid for and ordered 3 times. Once inside, watch your step because the entire floor is covered in grease for some reason, you go up to the counter and try to get someone’s attention because they’ll straight up ignore you otherwise, tell them what you’re missing and they’ll rudely give you what you should have already had. The food is usually decent enough but not really much of a value for your dollar by the time you go through all that. Hasn’t McDonald’s been around for like 100 years? Seems like they would have systems in place to make things go a little smoother for the customer by now and maybe the slightest idea about customer service but this one is more of a “pay me, screw you” operation. I’ve decided to stop wasting my time and money at this location.

Pulled up to the speaker and there were 21 minutes till they closed. Waited at least 3/4 minutes at the speaker then finally someone helped me. Not the first time it has happened, definitely seemed like someone was trying to hope I would just drive away. Nope. Then I waited a decent time for my food, and it was ice cold. I live literally within a minute from this location and never have a problem with food being cold when I get home. I’m am totally comfortable with waiting for hot fresh food. Super dissatisfied. Also to top it off I decided to try and eat the cold food anyway, and look at how old this pattie is. You can look at the second photo and see some of the color it should be. Absolutely ridiculous.
