This is one of those rare Taco bells that I would call a unicorn Taco Bell. What does that mean? It’s one of the best ones I’ve ever been in this country. And I travel all over and eat a lot of Taco Bell all the time. The people working here we’re very friendly very nice they actually seemed happy like they enjoy their jobs. That is rare in the fast food industry nowadays. All the food I ordered was perfect The proportions were perfect etc. A lot of other stores skimp on things they did not. I appreciate that. To the owner of this restaurant location you have a really good crew I hope you appreciate them. Give them raises. If I lived closer I would come to this location all the time. But I’m on a road trip and passing through. However if I do come through the city again I will definitely stop in. I hope this review gets other people to come here as well.

Don’t do a mobile order here they would screw you over.
My wife and I came and order our food and there was 4 group of people before us and we had already made our mobile order. We had to wait literally almost a hour until we gotten our food. The staff should work on the order that comes in but several people who came in with door dash and order on the kiosk gotten there order before us and the 4 group of people that was waiting before us already left. I talked to the staff and they just said that they were slow but they got full staff..also when my food was finally made it was just still there at the counter for a few minutes and I had to go and ask them to please give me my order. I have the picture of receipt as proof. This is unacceptable.

Went to the drive thru and it was an automated service and we said give us a minute so we could look at the menu. When we were discussing what everyone was going to get, talking about what all was in the boxes, it picked up and started ordering everything we said and didnt give us the chance to discuss and order real quick. Very disappointed and so was my kid

45 minute wait in the drive thru line. Apparently they had to grow the chickens and grains, milk the cows and make the cheeses, while we wait.

BRING BACK THE BUILD YOUR OWN MEAL PLEASE.
This used to be my favorite Taco Bell location. Super nice people, they cared about getting the order correct and they were always very polite and professional. But recently this location discontinued the online exclusive deal through the app. This meal deal included a premium item and a 5-layer or mid level item, chips and a drink.
Without this deal it is no longer worth eating here.
EDIT: this review was initially 1 star but they brought back the Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box. So I changed this review to 5 stars because they actually listened and brought back the mobile-only deal.

Expect to wait 30 minutes or more for your food. I ordered 2 burritos and it took forever. I asked for a free drink or cinnamon twists fur the wait. The guy at the window said that the manager said they couldn’t give out free stuff. Sounds like it’s a recurring issue that they take so long making food and people ask for something for free.

I’m a trucker, 05/06/2025 11:50pm. I quickly stopped here as i was hungry and thought could buy food. I was denied service. I told them i could walk towards drive thru as i can’t drive my semi truck in, he denied saying manager would not like it. So you telling me your manager would not be okay with me buying food at your spot? There’s no understanding at all that a person is hungry and just wanting food. Please grow some sense.
