Came here for a quick lunch break and I was definitely happy I did! Enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger with a double patty and French fries. Also can’t forget the refreshing lemonade. I ordered on the kiosk and Staff prepared the order quickly. Restaurant was clean.

Food is good I come here often but this particular location is subpar as far as making sure everything in your order is correct. I let them slide every time. The point I’m trying to make is if you have medium-large orders always check while you’re inside the store because 98% of the time this particular Shake shack will mess it up. This is also a burger place that is not cheap at all, so missing or messed up items in your order means you just threw free cash money away, not change. Unfortunately, it is the only Shake shack in the area and I do like their food, but it’s getting pretty irritating that every time I come my order is messed up. I think there was one time I came and they said they didn’t have mustard or ketchup instead of just restocking because it was busy…. You are a burger spot. Mustard and ketchup are always supposed to be on hand.

I only tried this for the Uber promotion (the buy 1, get 1 free) and I’m SO glad I did because my kid is such a picky eater and even she ate it!!!! Very happy to find a new burger spot being new to the area too!

Awful. Ordered for pickup and arrived right on scheduled time. Food was already lukewarm. Was in a rush so I just took it and hoped for the best. Ordered 2 avocado chicken sandwiches…neither had avocado. PAID to add cheese, neither had cheese. Added onion, had a SINGLE piece of onion on it, not even a full slice. Shakes were a mess and covered in ice cream on the outside. Maybe its just this location, but 0/10 experience. For $25/person I expected way more. I’ll go to chick fil a next time for a better experience and save money.

Placed a pick up order. Missing fried mushroom on a shack stack. Missing toppings on fries. Asked for no cheese on a burger and got cheese. Multiple calls and nobody answers the phone. Left voicemails and nobody calls back. Over a month with no resolution.

Food was acceptable and quick. Issue was with atmosphere. Multiple homeless people were asking patrons for money and food. I get it, it was a very cold day, however, management needs to deal with this as it is out of hand. Additionally homeless folks were in and out of the bathroom doing shady things based upon what I saw and the length of time in the bathroom. The employees didn’t do or say anything about it at all. I will not return to this location.

I waited so long to try this place and honestly there was nothing crazy good about it. The fries were good. The cheese sauce on the fries were good but the chicken was over cooked and plain no flavor to it my sons grilled cheese how to get made over again it was burnt. Milkshakes were good. I mean it’s OK but for $50 only for three people it’s a bit expensive. Specially, one being a child there’s no kid menu that I saw anyway. And everything is sold separately which makes it even more money to me. It’s just absolutely not worth it. I can go somewhere sit down and eat at a real restaurant for that much money.

Ordered the chicken sandwich – OMG- some of the driest, chewiest chicken I have ever had. Tasteless too. I like chicken breast and am not a fussy eater, but wow.
In all fairness I reached out to Shake Shack’s customer services who offered me a $10 voucher, which did not even cover half the cost of my meal. I declined their offer.

For a comfort food meal this hits the spot! The burgers are juicy not greasy good flavor and made to order. The hotdog is also good. For fast food it’s a definite win.

This review is about 2 of the workers. One, please forgive me. I don’t remember his name is a very tall… Black gentleman been there a month or 2 who serves the patrons. He is absolutely amazing. Any business would be fortunate to have a man like him.He remembered my father and I who are regulars there. And he greets us with a smile and always makes sure that we’re happy and taken care of and he does that with everybody. He gives us so much respect, probably because we’re old lol. And we’re both air force. Veterans. My dad, who i am very proud of.. is a Korean war. Vet… And to be honest….there’s a lot of places around West Hartford To eat.. we go back there because of the way we’re treated and the quality of food. And I’m so embarrassed that I don’t remember his name . he deserves all the recognition and kudosi can offer!! I hope his manager sees us and appreciates what type of worker. He is, I wanted to make it a point to leave this Review Even though I’m embarrassed again to not to remember his name. The food quality is exceptional.
There’s a couple of Other workers, I would like to recognize in this review one which is Gia.. She takes the orders she worked very, very hard. I can see how much stress she must go through. Because everybody seems to want something. You know, obviously not just their orders, but they come back because they want this or that she was making sure everybody got what they needed. And there’s a cook, I didn’t ask his name, but he’s a real tall guy.. Look like he’s been in the gym for a while Who cooked our food and made sure it was perfect..Unfortunately, one of them came out wrong. No big deal at all. It happens, but they took great care of us. That’s what it’s all about ..no one’s perfect.It’s what you do with the mistakes that counts. I will go back there many, many times because I really enjoy myself when we go
Once again, I hope everybody that reads this goes there. And they will see how delicious their food is. And how great their help is, especially the ones I mentioned.
