Ordered the Double D burger with 2 patties, half order of fries and onion rings. There was a large crowd due to an event. Employees were friendly and patient. Food was delicious and very filling. Best of all is that I asked for jalapeños on my burger and they were fresh jalapeños, not pickled! Definitely recommend and will definitely go back when I’m in town again!

Liked the outside seating. The burgers were good but its expensive. My burger was alone was $9.95 and that didnt even included fries. The inside seating area is very small. Luckily they have the outside seating. Don’t know the outside seating works when its cold outside. But you’re definitely cramped inside. Tables are really close together. Again the burger was good. And don’t feel the 3 meals we purchased was worth the price ($65 bucks)

The burgers here are top notch! My boyfriend loves this place and is from around here and for my first time here I can truly say this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I got the chili cheese burger and we shared some onion rings and oh my gosh the homemade ranch here is AMAZING. Highly recommend for anyone going through and wanting a good burger because these will not disappoint!

The honest review
I stopped by bills recently and honestly it’s one of those places you wish you found sooner. If you’re someone who actually appreciates a real burger and not some frozen fast-food patty, this place absolutely delivers.

First off, the burgers are incredible. You can tell immediately they use fresh ingredients. The patties are juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly how a burger should be—crispy on the outside with tons of flavor packed inside. The buns are soft but still hold everything together, which sounds simple but a lot of places mess that up. Every bite just works. The toppings taste fresh, the cheese melts perfectly, and nothing feels cheap or rushed.

What really sets this place apart though is the outdoor seating area. It’s honestly one of the nicest setups I’ve seen at a burger spot. There’s plenty of space so you don’t feel crammed next to other people, and it has a really relaxed atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can sit outside, enjoy your food, talk with friends, and actually take your time. On a nice day the vibe is perfect. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch, meeting friends, or just wanting to eat somewhere that doesn’t feel loud and chaotic, the outdoor area makes the whole experience better.

The service was also solid. Staff were friendly, the food came out quickly, and you could tell they care about keeping the place clean and running smoothly. Nothing felt disorganized or stressful like some busy burger spots can be.

Another thing I liked is that it feels welcoming for everyone. You’ll see families, couples on casual dates, and people just grabbing a good burger and relaxing outside. It has that local-favorite kind of feel where once you go, you know you’ll probably be coming back.

Overall, if you’re looking for great burgers, a relaxed environment, and an awesome outdoor seating area, this place is definitely worth checking out. Places like this are getting harder to find, and it’s refreshing to see a burger spot doing it right. If you’re anywhere nearby and craving a burger, do yourself a favor and stop in — you won’t regret it. ☀️

Hole in the wall burger joint that never disappoints. Our rock hound group loves this place! Big, delicious burgers and the half order of fries or onion rings is more than enough for one person. I haven’t been able to try the margaritas yet, but I will as soon as possible!

With all the good reviews I have been really excited about trying this place but I have to say it was a big letdown. I put in my order at 7:25 and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. I was there in 10. There were 3 people in the whole place and at 7:55 I finally got my order… and it was cold. One of the guys there finished his food, went to the window, put in a to go order. And got his order before mine came out, I heard her tell him to be careful…Those french fries were hot. But I tried mine as soon as I got in the car. And they were cold. Apparently, even for to go orders, you need to tip 25%. Or you’re waiting for your food an extra thirty minutes and it’s cold when you get it. I only tipped $1 on a $15 burger and cold fries, the cook’s doing all the work and they get an hourly wage. It’s a real shame I live in Burnet and I was hoping to find a good place to go. And I’m a good tipper if i’m in a restaurant and being served. But I’m sorry ladies, this isn’t how you have a busy night with good tips.

Nice dining experience. You place your order at the counter and pay. They prep your meal and call you to pick it up. Drinks and food containers are disposable, so you toss your trash when you’re done. I had a bacon cheeseburger and my husband had the triple bacon, triple meat burger. We shared a 1/2 order of Frito pie and some onion rings. The burgers were good. My only complaint was that my buns were a little well done. The onion rings were okay, but VERY salty! The Frito pie was really good, but tasted over and over again for the remainder of the day. The food with two ice teas was $65 before tip.

I would recommend the burgers and Frito pie, but would pass on the onion rings.

Hands down one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. It was huge. They don’t mess around here. Outside seating was nice and the local wildlife kept you company. A must try if you’re in the area.

We stopped by after a warm day spectating at the Spartan race. The mushroom Swiss burger is huge & tasted homemade and juicy. The onion rings were undercooked, but still flavorful. I wish I had another stomach to try the wings, but alas, we will have to try and make it back next year.
