Been coming here for years..
Great family, great service and great food I’ve been to most of the Thai places in Tri Cities, this is definitely my favorite in Kennewick. Pineapple Fried Rice is amazing, the soups are fresh made and consistent, and the appetizers are Nice smaller quiet place to have a nice lunch or dinner, right off of Clearwater. Haven’t had a bad experience once in over 10 years.

Food has good flavor…but they definitely skimp out of the protein. Order fresh spring rolls with shrimp, they gave us only 2 shrimp. They cut them in half at that and they charge more for it. Barely any chicken in my pad Thai. Felt like I was just eating noodles with sauce and eggs. I asked and the waitress said that is all the chicken they give. Very disappointing! Will not be coming back!!

First off. Eating out is super expensive nowadays. But there is not a lot of places I’d rather spend my hard earned cash on super good food. The menu is extensive
Service is helpful and on top of any questions you may have.
Flavor is on point. Share an entree and get two appetizers. That’s My two cents.

We were in town for a night and popped in here for dinner. I had the Kao Soi with tofu and my bf had the Pad Ka Pao with tofu. We both really enjoyed our meals, and the service was very friendly. They were really knowledgeable and accommodating about which dishes could be made vegan. Highly recommend.

I guess I had a different experience than others because I see plenty of positive reviews. I ordered chicken satay and the Pad See Ew with Tofu. The satay was dry and the noodles of the pad see ew was completely clumped together, so much so that I used a knife to cut the noodles into bite sized pieces. The tofu were way over fried. Overall the flavor was very odd. Service was less than par. The waitress came to my table once at the very end to bring me the check and get me water when she realized my glass was empty. I’ll likely not go back. I’m thinking mine was a unique experience.

Tom Kha should have lime leaves, or at least a taste of lime, and ginger. Not a whole onion. Thai iced coffee should taste like it has cardamom and sweetened condensed milk in it, not like Folgers and creamer.

My whole family ordered almost 200$ to sit around and eat together for my birthday tonight. The Thai iced tea has no cardamom flavor and you can’t taste any tea. Nothing has any salt on it. The tofu is soggy and gross. The pineapple in the rice is hard and it tastes kind of like a toilet. My spicy beef salad has no flavor, just spice. It also has almost nothing in it, especially no lettuce. It looks half eaten. The orange chicken is blah. The pf Chang’s from the grocery store tastes better. The yaki soba has ramen noodles for some reason and tastes gross. The crunchy calamari tastes like fish sticks. The only thing decent was the salad roll but it’s mainly lettuce and has no basil. For the price we spent I’m so disappointed and honestly sad. It’s my birthday and I’m giving the food away to the neighbors and we are ordering pizza. I was looking forward to this so much and I’ve got my spicy beef salad here quite a few times. It’s definitely not the same. Also… Soggy tofu is the worst.

Where do I start? The amazing service!! The amazing food!! Or the amazing atmosphere!! Ok, ok, the food ! Seems so simple and down to earth ingredients. Put together in a way that is just simply amazing. The depth of flavors is something else. Meanwhile, the vibrant colors and aromatics of the entrays had my mouth watering. If you eat with your eyes first, then I devoured mine before it even hit the table. Crazy thing; it was as good as it looked. I could go on and on about the food. The service was just about as good as the food. So friendly, fast, and attentive. All this, in a setting that is really nicely done and not over the top. It’s just a wonderful place to have an amazing meal. Thank you, Thai Elephant, I will be back for sure.

Food, customer service and atmosphere is superb in this restaurant! This is my first time eating here and I ordered one of the soups and it was so delicious! We also ordered fried calamari, sweet and sour chicken and yakisoba! The Thai Iced Tea is a must try The server was absolutely lovely and we’re definitely coming back to eat here many more times!
