Reviews
To McDonald’s Customer Service / Store Manager,
I am writing to formally report a serious quality issue with an order I placed via the McDonald’s App on December 5th at 11:30 PM.
Order Details:
Date/Time: December 5th, 11:30 PM
Items: 8 Double Cheeseburgers, 4 McChickens, 1 Spicy Snack Wrap
The Issue:
When I arrived to pick up my order, the drive-thru was extremely busy with a long line of cars. After a significant wait, I received my food and returned home to share it with my children.
However, upon opening the 8 Double Cheeseburgers, I was shocked to find them filled with small black chunks, which appeared to be severely burnt diced onions or carbon debris from a dirty grill.
These burnt pieces were not just on the buns or surface; they were embedded within the melted cheese layers. Given the state of the burgers, it is hard to believe the staff didn’t notice. It felt as though the food was prepared with gross negligence—or perhaps even intentionally disregarded—simply because the store was busy and behind on orders.
I understand that fast food is meant to be quick and affordable, but being busy is never an excuse to compromise food safety and quality like this.
I have to ask: Would you feed a burger in this condition to your own children?
I am deeply disappointed and expect a proper explanation and appropriate action regarding this matter.
Went back against my own advise and once again order was wrong. I asked for a plain hamburger and got a cheeseburger A chicken sandwich with no mayo and add pickles, had mayo and did not have pickles. And the 6 piece nuggets was missing all together. Just drive the few extra minutes and go to a different location.
