I arrived around 12 AM and I got seated in a timely manner, the sever was nice although she seemed fairly new she had great customer service, and the food came out within 20 minutes and it was great!

I don’t know why I came back here after the last couple experiences. I was on way home late from work hungry. Decided to chance stopping as is on way home. Not busy at all, in fact almost dead but still had to wait 15 minutes for to be told where to sit. Took another 10 minutes before I could get order placed. What looks like the manager tried to give me some to go order and got offended when I told her I was not Anthony and could prove it with diver license if necessary. Table not cleaned, has syrup and trash on table and in booth. Order was accurate and warm. Utensils that were wrapped were dirty and had syrup on them causing napkin to stick. Staff was having a dynamic issue causing delays.

Food was really good and our waiter was good. The only cook in the building was the manager and the waiter can’t help that he’s 1 or 2 people staffed. Overall, it was a hot mess but I would go back again.

I have been to many restaurants, but I have never been so outright appalled by the manager of an establishment. We came in at midnight after a Mardi Gras parade and there was one waitress running around attending to multiple groups during her first week and was absolutely amazing. The manager however, was absolutely horrendous. He made so many shortcomings and blamed the server for it all and told us how she messed up when she didn’t. He created an extremely unprofessional work environment for both the waitress and the customers.

It was late at night. The parking was adequate and had enough lighting. The sever was friendly and attentive but too attentive to others also, he was easily distracted and we had to ask for some of our items he forgot. He was funny and had high energy. The food was good, the coffee was good.

The customer service was ove rthe top. Our waiter was awesome. The food came out just as I ordered it. I ordered a chicken fajita omelet with added spinach , mushrooms and jalapeños. My daughter order the Southwest chicken bowl woth extra hashbrowns. … everything was flavorful and hot . I will be going to visit again when im in the area.

I had a great experience and my server was very friendly he was very polite and very friendly his name was Michael he was my server and he made sure my food came out quick and hot , the manager was very friendly and came and checked on us and invited us to come back we definitely will be returning

On Aug 10, 2025, I ordered some omelette without meat and pancakes. My son pick it up and when he came home, I found that they gave us wrong omelette and pancake missing. For thirty minutes I tried to called the store and no one answered the phone. While trying calling them, I also made an online complaint. I went to the store and I was shocked to see there was no customer in the waiting and only few dining and they don’t bother to answer the phone. I was told the manager is busy. After long wait the manager came and I don’t see any regrets and zero apology from her. She simply offer me to make my correct order. It took me two hours from ordering and eating the breakfast. Few days later, some one called and offered, I mean a fake offer of refund, but no refund after two weeks. I don’t need a refund, an honest apology will be more than enough for me. But I never thought that IHOP can be that cheap.
