They were understaffed the place is cluttered with guest and irrelevant furniture in the way… on top of a 7$ sandwich which was cold as ice underneath the bread!!! Im taking the sandwich back and asking for a refund… im discussed for the first time ever with Starbucks servi

Slow ..slow…did I mention slow? Even if you pull up to the drive up as the first or second car…..SLOW. on numerius occasions I pulled up to the drive up, saw one car at the window. Figured okay this will be quick. Nope! I pull up and still wait 5-10 minutes. This place is a notch above stand still. I get the location is in a busy place but why is it I go to the busy location in Hartsville with several cars in front of me and I still get out faster then this location? Other then the speed of service, the staff seen cheerful and friendly. But not enough to bring me back. I avoid this place as much as possible and even go out of my way to another Starbucks across from the hospital ( with lots of traffic) and still get faster service. So if you aren’t in a hurry this place is great.

This is the Starbucks I always use but to the workers who closed tonight I want to shout you out, I came 10 minutes before close due to me trying to get 2 medicine balls because me and my daughter have the flu. The nice young lady explained they didn’t have the honey mix so the drinks wouldn’t taste the same, I ordered something just because she was honest and sweet. They took the time out to write kind messages on my cups and it made my night!!! Thank y’all and keep being great!!!

They messed up my drink at the drive-through, so I went inside to have it fixed. Ended up waiting 20 minutes — 30 minutes total for one iced latte. Ridiculous! And after all that, it still tastes like garbage. The matcha is clumpy and tastes nothing like I’m used to at other Starbucks.

Do not be in a rush when you come to this Starbucks. You can order pretty quickly but settle in because you usually have a wait in front of you. Been here twice recently. I always go in and I don’t use the drive through. The first time it took more than fifteen minutes to get two drinks and the second time I have been here it to over twenty minutes. Twenty two to be more precise. The drink are okay but not the greatest. We got two caramel ribbon crunch frapichino drinks. I’m thinking they need to forget what they know and go back to the recipe because they are never the same. I realize the are several steps to making these but they are not a cheap drink either. Get it right Everytime should be the standard not I guess this is how it’s done.

Waiting 20 minutes and still don’t have a cup of coffee after ordering in the inside, while the drive through continues to receive beverages, is not okay. Combine that with no explanation or apology to any of the customers. I worked for this corporation for years, and actually understand the grueling job, but I will not be returning to this location if I can help it.

This has to be hands down the worse Starbucks. Not only are they slow, you are waiting for a drink or food for at least 10 mins, but they are rude. They closed early today but decided to abruptly kick everyone out 5-10 mins before. The way they rushed everyone out, they should have that same energy to make drinks and food faster.

This location, especially the AM crew , is amazing! The energy and work culture is phenomenal here. I’ve been sitting here, writing a paper for my management class since 6am, so I witnessed the calm before the storm. Let me tell you, they never missed a beat, working like a well oiled machine.
Besides the fact that the coffee is always on point. They didn’t falter when the abundance of orders were flowing in. Greeting every guest, some even by name. This is truly one of the best Starbucks I’ve seen.
