They have quite an assortment, pricey, but definitely tasty. If you have the app you can get offers which makes the price reasonable. Sometimes on the to go slides they forget a few items but overall deliver a good product. The orders are always ready to go when they say they will be ready for pickup. Great menu – difficult to narrow it down to what to eat when dining in.

I’m such a big fan of Panera Bread. My go to is the frozen caramel cold brew and the cinnamon crunch bagels. They are so delicious. I’m definitely a repeat customer. Their delivery time is always good when I order delivery and the customer wait time when I do go in is always short. The restaurant is superb!

I placed an order of a bowl of Broccoli and Cheddar soup with baguette to dine in. I also placed a to go order of a whole ham and cheese sandwich. What I got was a cup of soup with no baguette and when I got home I checked my order and it was ONLY a half sandwich with NO potato chips. While I picked up my soup I told the person I had ordered a BOWL of soup and the man corrected that.
This was the WORST service I have EVER received there!! If the order taker was new they should have had an experienced person with him helping take the order!!!
I was VERY disappointed and felt cheated. I won’t be going back there.

Ordered a half chicken salad sandwich on baguette bread. Literally received less than half of the chicken salad but they were sure generous by adding 4 sliced tomatoes to make up the difference ! I asked for more chicken salad and they wanted to charge me for an extra scoop! This is after paying nearly $9 for all bread and tomatoes! I won’t be back!!

Normally there’s been an outstanding older male manager who absolutely cares about providing good service to customers. This evening I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the female “team manager” who absolutely has no business “managing” workers, not “servicing the public. Wendy was extremely unpleasant, rude, with a terrible attitude to go with her obvious inability to manage this location. I spent $47 plus tip. I find it unacceptable to receive chicken frontega sandwiches in the condition I did, and certainly unacceptable to be treated in such a rude matter by the “team manager”.
I would highly encourage someone who actually cares about this business to properly train/educate this woman on how to manage workers, as well as deal with customers. Photos provided. She felt that these were acceptable and was extremely rude in saying so. You be the judge.
Edited to add that as I was leaving, another customer came in asking for the manager.

We came here to eat lunch after my husband got at a chemo. Every other pandera in Oklahoma that we’ve been to has been phenomenal. This one forgot our baguette And then rolled their eyes when I asked for them. We paid forty dollars for 2 bread bowls and two sandwiches And the bacon was next to frozen on our sandwich and when I took it back. Even the manager caught it attitude with very disappointed. I worked very hard for the money that I have. My husband works very hard for the money that he has. And we deserve to have a good meal at a nice place. The bathroom was deplorable The lobby is dirty. There’s trash all over the floor there’s trash on earningth our table. If I could give less than one star I would Minus five stars. This store is the clean of their act. And get new managers!!!! The guy that took our order was really nice Very polite and helpful and he got yelled at in front of me by someone In the back the same girl that rolled her eyes about the bread The same 12 tell me that the bacon was room temperature is not room temperature, it was freezing cold frozen The manager needs to be fired!!!

Quality of the food has recently declined due to a change in the bread and bagels. The cinnamon crunch bagels are literally hamburger buns dusted with sugar. The coffee is still great though.

The service is very quick and friendly. I love the order yourself computers so you can skip the line. I had the green goddess Cobb salad it was very fresh and delicious. The tomato soup was fantastic, as well. The restaurant is very clean and organized. It’s a great place for a quick lunch.

I ordered a cherry pastry with my meal for delivery. Instead of calling to inform they were out of cherry, they just put in an almond pastry. I will go into anaphylactic if I eat almonds. It cannot stand as a replacement for fruit.
Sandwich was good, but realize people order specific things not just for taste but necessity.
