February 25,2026, me and my son ordered a plate with honey walnut shrimp, and broccoli and beef, and noddles. Well need to said there was very little of beef, mostly broccoli, and very little walnut shrimp, and the shrimp was brunt , and there was a bunch of noddles. The prices are way to high for this kind of mess, and they changed $ 2.oo extra for the honey walnut shrimp, and it was brunt.

Update we went back to panda February 27,2026 and took our receipt. The manager ask for the receipt and he gave it to her ,she told him that she could make him another plate ,and he said that he just wanted his money back, and she told him that she couldn’t give his money back, and the way that I see it is that have cheated us out of our money and food. This is not the first time that they have burned our food the last time it was the rice. The nerve of you to serve brunt food to people for that high price. Disgusting

Got dinner to go, came home and felt something spongy when I put my straw in my drink. Staff, please check to see if there is something in the cup before you fill it up! It shouldn’t have to be said.

Went for lunch yesterday and got a bowl and a medium drink, I found the cap to the drink dispenser in my DRINK! This is so unsanitary and for the worker to not notice this would be ridiculous. Overall my food was okay but the employees need to do better, be more observant. Very disappointed.

The a la carte teriyaki chicken is the best high protein no carb meal in town. Sliced fresh and grilled onsite. The unsweet tea is also outstanding. Friendly and well trained staff.

Worst Panda Express ever!!!! Ordered delivery when I opened it I had TINY pieces of chicken like dime sized! Basically the end of the batch….. The manager said she couldn’t control how big the pieces are….. 10 dollars for the plate with hardly any chicken in it at all…. She also said she would call me back to make it right she had to get back to the drive through because that’s her priority and never called me back I tried to call again they didn’t answer my call.. Will never ever go here again! SMH DO BETTER

We were very disappointed in the food quality. Everything tasted like day old. The teriyaki chicken was dry the fried rice tasted so old not edible.

**BUYER BEWARE**

If you order something, anything, they will cheat you, literally.

The last two times I have visited this place, they pound on the easy’s, rice, noodles, orange chicken.

If you order something like Kung Pao or any Beef dish, be prepared to actually get one or two pieces of meat, literally.

Absurd, for approximately $15, you literally get 3 small, broken pieces of chicken in your Kung Pao. It’s like eating zucchini with peanuts.

Seriously, I have lived in 8 states and overseas, and been to plenty of Panda’s, this place is cheap, and seriously due to be closed down.

A paying customer would rather wait for actual food, then to take zucchini and peanuts and call that, Kung Pao Chicken.

Just call it combo rice, peanuts with a side of orange chicken and no Kung Pao.

Point being, they are the most consistent at doing the same thing constantly. Obviously NOT an error or off day.

**RIP OFF REPORT**

Wait time was unreal, even tho ordered on the app. Finally got the order took it home just a mile away. Opened uncooked rice, and the worst food I have ever gotten from a Panda Express. Will never visit again, trust me stay away. This place just needs to go out of business honestly. Little hair to give the cold inedible chicken something to offer.

Had to wait 20 mins for Beijing beef. Their rice cooker was broken so only side choice was chow mein. Veggies in Beijing beef were raw. My portion of chow mein was 90 percent vegetables with a tiny bit of noodles. I will never go back to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone. They closed an hour earlier than the Google listing says, and employees seemed annoyed about having to serve us. Which the food quality shows.

We came on a Friday at 12 and it was busy. We still got our food promptly and it did not disappoint.
