La pizzeria il Mattatoio dei F.lli Bonamini nasce più di venti anni fa da un’idea di uno dei titolari il quale, appassionato del settore gastronomia, ha ben valutato l’idea di inaugurare ad Arcola, in provincia di LaSpezia, un pub, pizzeria, birreria di alto livello. La location è moderna e veramente molto accogliente. I titolari dell’attività ci tengono molto per la pulizia e la qualità dei servizi offerti al cliente. Fin dai primi anni di lavoro la pizzeria si è distinta per la sua produzione di pizze di qualità, preparate con farine delicate e raffinate e condite con prodotti freschi garantiti (specialità funghi). I pizzaioli sono altamente qualificati e seguono costantemente corsi di aggiornamento .

We stopped at this great pizza restaurant spontaneously on our way home from La Spezia, and we’re so glad we did! Despite not having a reservation, the staff was incredibly helpful and found us a table right away. For a Monday night, the place was packed, which shows just how much the locals love it – and now we understand why!
The pizzas were absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors, and very reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area and craving a fantastic pizza!

La migliore pizza del mondo! I have never eaten a better pizza ever before. I was lucky to stay at an holiday apartment just across the street, so I could eat takeaway pizza from here several times. Very good service and pizzas. Thin crust, yet still fluffy inside. I loved the Pizza Ciociara with salsiccia sausage. If I ever come back to this region, I will definitely eat here again!

Great restaurant with a very friendly atmosphere. The pizzas are to die for. The restaurant is very well managed by a team that will ensure your satisfaction, without being pushy, which is EXTREMELY pleasant.

The food was very delicious and the portions were big (i bought a Capricciosa pizza). The place was a little bit crowded and busy with almost all tables already reserved. The staff looked stressed upon us arriving but when taking our orders they became friendly. I recommend sitting outside, inside it gets hot because you’re near the kitchen.

Best Pizza Ever!!! There are no Yeast naturally leaven. They use 4 different flours. Most of the Vegetables are Organic from their cultivation fields. Desserts you have a choice of their hand made one or Commercial ones. Prices are extremely low. they get 10 out of 10. IMPORTANT book before hand. Locals loves this place
