Drive thru was a big mess, especially the employees. Not taking care of customers, customer in the lobby askn for their money back. It’s obvious they messed up the order. I just came from up there. The employee in the drive thru, didn’t give me back the correct change. I had to ask her to give me the rest of my change. I guess she thought I couldn’t count or something. I would never attend this establishment ever again. I see why you’re doing bad you’re just in a good area. Customer service sucks. We sat there for 10 minutes now. One person came to the front counter unless it was another Hispanic person or a worker 10 minutes go by I finally say are we gonna get any customer service? They just all turn around and look and don’t say shit. The manager was dealing money and touching food at the same time and the cashier thought it was a game I will be Contacting corporate we’re cross-contamination

It’s alright. The food wasn’t that great and they didn’t have the biggie bag for some reason… And the price went up again. I paid almost $10 for a jr burger, value fries, and a small drink. Next time, I’ll wait until they have the biggie bags available!

The lady grabbed all the bacon bits with no gloves and sprinkled it onto my fries she grabbed bare hands.
I KNOW THEY DID NOT THROW ANY OF THAT BACON AWAY..
If u ordered anything with bacon bits on it or even fries.. you 100% got the bacon she touched !!
And what irresponsible manager / coworkers.

Went to the drive thru today and ordered the Bacon Double Stack, a natural lemonade, fries and nuggets. The food was fine, but the natural lemonade tastes like mop water with a cup of PineSol. It was atrocious! Enough to make a dead horse gag! I tried calling the store but like always no one answers the phone and I refuse to drive back there because it’s 27 miles away from me at this point. Plus the woman at the window (Pink shirt, tall, with blonde hair) didn’t give me a receipt for my order. WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT ORDER THEIR NATURAL LEMONADE!!!!

The food was good, the dining room was clean but the employees did absolutely nothing about the freestyle machine being out of Diet Coke. Instead they stood around talking. Also why ask if the order is for here if you are just going to put it in a bag?

Went to the drive thru at around 10:30 on Wednesday April 2. Got the Bacon Doublestack Biggie Bag. Everythings going well, finished the nugs and fries…and then came the burger. I bit into the burger and an immediate red flag hit my tongue. I had found a damn wad of HAIR in my patty. Absolutely disgusting, im straight up pulling hair out of my patty.

Bathrooms were disgusting and the service was terrible me and my friends and boyfriend were headed to a concert and they couldn’t even bother taking our order instead wanted us to use the kiosk. Some short Hispanic lady and the food was pretty bad too. Just if we order $50 of food and give you that sale we deserve better customer service. They all need to learn.
