Good ol Jack In The Box where you can get a couple of tacos that can hold you over until you have time for a sit down meal.v this location doesn’t have a large seating area. Good place for drive thru. New cluck chicken sandwich was really good!

Overall a good spot to eat if you are hungry, especially after work.
Food comes out usually hot if you order in / takeout, good quality.
Staff is mostly Spanish speaking, at times they can be “unresponsive”, but that’s just cause of the job.
One thing to note is that the Drive through audio can be heard from inside the restaurant from a speaker.

The food is excellent and that’s what ultimately matters but the service is atrocious with overly delayed wait times. On this I DO NOT BLAME THE WORKING STAFF! I blame management. Sometimes i figure out there is only one person inside taking orders and making all the food for the early birds, consequently that makes the wait times super long. And while it is arguable that, oh it is because someone called in sick… are they still sick, week after week? (Just a non existing example)
Still though, i do see the frustration among staff but I respond positively, and they return it in kind, always!
Management NEEDS to do better here. In fact, management needs to show up if they are understaffed.

I just came to jack in the box at spruce in ssf my family and i made our order at the drive through a (young lady with glasses) took our order, we ask for ice coffe (NO ICE) when we got to pay we receive our drinks with ice, she said she had to serve the drinks with ice because of a policy…

The guy took my order and when I got to the window the other person said” what was your order the guy did actually take your order”, thank god the guy at the window was cool but had to re take my order. The food unfortunately was cold and super gross by the time they brought my food out. I know I will never come here again. What a waste if $40 bucks!!!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 oreo shakes. No one was behind me, and no one was placing another order through the drive-thru. The lady at the drive-thru window asked me to park “in front” to receive my order. I thought this odd, because no one was behind me or placing an order. I made a left out of the drive-thru and parked in one of the parking spaces open because there is no parking spaces in the front of the building, where the front doors are. When the lady approached me with my order, she gave me a lot of attitude, stating this was not “the front”! I told her there was no parking spaces in the front of the building, and she got extremely annoyed with me, raising her voice, stating again that this was not “the front”. She stated the front is numbered. Annoyed, I stated thank you and left. I have been to the jack in the box dozes of times, and have never been talked to like this. This was completely unacceptable, and I will not be going back.

Excellent service, they’ve changed stuff and they are very friendly now. Plus. , food is fresh and very very clean restaurant, I just stopped by today and I ordered $35 dollars of food and get out of the drive thru in about 3:45 min , wow what a change… thank you

First time here. There was a sign on the window that read but “Dining room now open”but when my group went to go in, it was locked. There were 6 of us so we went through the drive thru. The cashier was courteous and patient as we all had individual orders. I ordered the cheesy loaded cheeseburger. It was good.
