Chick-fil-A is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is excellent! We go there 1-2 times a week. We love the chicken mini’s at breakfast and any kind of sandwich at lunch or dinner is delicious. Vary rarely do they mess up an order. I even love their sweet tasting Coke’s! They have a fun little play area for the kids. They usually have two drive through lines going. The lines are usually pretty long which sometimes back up onto the main or through the Lowe’s parking lot. The line goes pretty quick. We always use the app to pre order. It goes much faster that way. All the employees are always very friendly.And the store is kept very clean. The restrooms are also always clean. (Note: there is no knob to control the temperature of the water. I cannot have our toddlers use the faucet, because the water is almost scalding) (Yes, I reported it)

I come here often, and the service is always exceptional. Today when I came in, the cashier, Riley, was very kind, and helped explain all the things I had questions about. She is very sweet and respectful. The food was very good, I love the nuggets and the sauces they offer.

A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru just to grab something for my father and wife real quick. My dad’s grilled chicken sandwich was dry to the point where he couldn’t bite through some parts, they missed a set of fries, and the real kicker?
The email and phone number to contact them printed on the receipt don’t work. The email is, apparently, nonfunctional and the phone number takes you to an automayed system that gets you nowhere and/or tells you to contact the email that doesn’t work.
My newborn is in the hospital, so I didn’t have the time to drive all the way back to this location just for a chicken sandwich and fries.
Save your money, you can make a better chicken sandwich at home for way less money.

I had never been to chick fila. After this never will again. To begin they have people standing before you get to the menu sign to ask you what you want. Why? That person thinks you should have the menu memorized. So they go get a menu while the other cars pull in front of me. Great! Next it takes like 15 minutes because there are two huge orders ahead. They don’t have the sense to realize those people fully intend to wait for a good period of time base on they are ordering for dozen or whatever. Get about 6 nuggets and a bunch of scraps in the bottom, cold fries as I see these forever. SUCK! That chick fil a

When did this Chick-fil-A go down hill? Cold fries, overcooked chicken and really unpleasant service. I asked for honey and when I noticed they gave me honey mustard, I told the server and she acted like I put her out. My daughter’s even complained about the food, and they usually don’t complain about any fast food. I won’t be going back to the Chick-fil-A in Owasso, which is sad, it used to be the best one.

I stopped in the lunch here and what a amazing customer service experience. I had a spicy chicken meal and cooked perfectly and everything was warm. While i was sitting waiting on my food a young lady was cleaning the tables and making the place look amazing. Thanks to all atthis location for providing exceptional customer service, great food and a clean place to eat.

Great in store experience. Food is always good. Drive thru is crazy. If you ever do have a missing or incorrect order, it is impossible to reach someone on the phone. However they will correct the issue if you drive back. Although that’s a bit of a pain to do when it’s always busy.
