Charley’s Philly Steaks at the mall was horrible. Just close now and save yourselves the embarrassment. I understand mall rent is probably high, but that doesn’t excuse the tiny portions. It’s definitely not worth the price. And the flavor? None. Absolutely no flavor at all. Do yourselves a flavor and close.

Came in on 12/16/2025, Tuesday, 8:08p.m. older woman mopping the floor clearly sees me standing there and says nothing just continues mopping. I told her, that she clearly seen me and could have greeted me and said someone will be with you shortly. She looked at me with this confused look like she didn’t know what the hec I was talking about. She didn’t apologize, just commenced to looking simple in the face. Bad customer service I hope she gets it together and the dumb look on her face…..

I placed on an online order and paid b credit card. I went there and told em my name order and phone number. Girl told me without my phone I can’t get my order. I said I left it home on charge it was dead. She said without my phone I can’t get my order or a refund. I ended up getting my order and it was nasty I’m sorry but it was not worth the hassle. I will never go there or recommend this place. And I work with the public and I’ll let everyone know.

Wow! I am truly speechless. I went to place my order after a long day of shopping and expected it to take a while. I was shocked to see it come out in just a couple minutes and it was absolutely delicious! My son who is a picky eater ate his entire sandwich and fries. Service was great! Highly recommend!

I just got a old time cheesesteak combo with fries and a sprite. I added a milkshake. The cheesesteak was good, I must say. The fries were very good also. They have 4 milkshake flavors also. Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry , cookies, and cream, I believe. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff were completely disrespectful and ignorant. My order wasn’t pushed in right and when I asked about it the shift leader got smart and started yelling. On top of that when she walked in the back she continued to talk about and allowed her employees to engage in the disrespectful conversation loud enough for me and my family to hear it. All you had to say was I’m sorry it was rang up wrong how can we fix it ,but instead the manager decided to put her finger in my face and be disrespectful. Camden Walmart Charlie’s never again $50. Dollars went in the trash.

First time eating at a Charley’s restaurant. This one had just opened inside the Walmart in Camden, DE. There was a line to order since it was just opened. The service was good, and the food was delicious. I got a Philly Cheesesteak with Bacon Cheese Fries. My wife and daughter also got Cheesesteaks. My son got the boneless Buffalo Wings. All our food was great. The portions were big and very filling. The dining area was bigger than expected for being inside a Walmart. The only downside was that the prices were on the high side.

I don’t usually complain or write reviews, but feel this warrants a statement. Was at the mall on Nov.5th at approximately 3-3:30. Stood at counter at Charley’s in food court for 10 minutes and workers behind counter never looked at or waited on us. I guess it’s sorry Charlie from now on.

The cheesesteaks are amazing, i have yet to try everything on the menu but my favorite by far is their teriyaki. I also love their fruit lemonades. The manager and the employees are really nice every time i go. Some people say that the prices are too high but for the quality of food I think it’s just right.
