Five guys has the best burgers. That is not an option, it is a scientific fact. But ths five guys also has the best staff. (That’s my opinion, but it is a strong one.) They are super friendly and make visiting just that much more amazing.

I’ve eaten in 5 guys for the last 10 years. All over the East Coast, food is consistently great from the fries to the burgers in the shakes that they offer always had good service. But the pricing has gotten to the point. Were you really unless there’s more than one person eating there? It’s too expensive and yes, the food is very good, but you got 5 guys that understand in and out is bring in a warehouse to Tennessee. Once they get that warehouse here there, you were within driving distance for them to drop off and build ones and eat. They have their food and 5 guys are equally very good, but their costs are half the price. 5 guys, you want to stay in business. You just need to lower your prices. That’s all, but I don’t know. That’s the only reason I can give you five, but if you don’t make the change, you won’t be here

no matter how bad a town is or how out of the way it is or whatever it seems like the 5 Guys staff is always in a cheery helpful mood. This is no exception-outside is a war zone but inside is very welcoming, clean and super quick. I appreciate Crystal getting everything together for me and although I hope to never come back to that city, I wouldn’t mind coming back here.

If you like fresh, not frozen food, this is the place to visit! The hamburgers are hand partied, and the fries as you can see from the picture are straight cut from potatoes straight out of the bag. The restaurant is really clean as also I have shown in the pictures, with a great view of scenery! The workers are friendly, and the sanitation grade as well in the pictures is a 98! The food takes a little bit maybe 10 minutes or so to fix since it’s made go order. The price is kind of steep, be expecting to pay $13 just for a hamburger and fries like I ordered, but this is no fast food burger joint.

I went in to place an order today 1/27/2026 at 825pm. The first employee I encountered did not say a word he was on the phone. The second employee was cooking the fries. She turned around after noticing me standing there 2mins and stated we’re closed! I looked around and there was four people seated eating at the table. The hours on the door state 10am – 10pm. Are the employees allowed to change the operation hours?

Great restaurant, friendly workers. The burgers are delicious but very expensive. As much as I love the food, I’ve had to “scale back.” Looking forward to eating there again, I just cannot afford to go.

Soon as I walked in, I was eagerly greated by the entire staff and that was pretty awesome. I spoke briefly with the staff member that took my order and she was helpful regarding giving me some ideas of things to try differently. I ordered a grilled cheese but I had a few toppings added. After placing my order and going to stand to wait for it. I noticed every table that wasn’t occupied by someone was dirty. It was approximately 7-8 tables that either had crumbs, ketchup, or something left on the table from where someone sat to dine in.
I was thinking if someone wanted to sit down to eat they would have to wipe an area clear first just because the tables were dirty.
I believe this was just a mere fumble on the staff but it needs to addressed.

One of the best Five Guys I’ve been to! The meat wasn’t overcooked so the patties we thick and juicy and care was taken to construct the burger with the multiple toppings added. One topping didn’t overpower the others.

Our burgers were great. We ordered a large fry, which is a huge serving, and we could not even finish it all. The service was fast and friendly. Everything was clean. It was a little pricey, but overall I would eat there again. I will probably order the smaller burgers next time.
