I would advise canceling any order you might have made now.
We Made an online order. Pulled into a stall at the sonic and sent the stall number online for pickup. We then notice the group of people standing and sitting at one end weren’t people ordering & eating, they were homeless people hanging out.
1st we had a dog come jumping up on our car had to yell to get off as a man approached trying to sell some used junk and asking for $$.
My son had to yell at him to go away after trying to nicely say No Tks 2x. Someone else finally whistled for dog also. My son by this time had also pushed button for svc 3-4 times.
No answer. 1 customer in line.
So we drove around to go thru drive thru. Asked for our online order and when we pulled up the young guy didnt greet us. Just thrusted the 2 drinks at us and we had to honk to ask for straws.
This was the most uncomfortable, unsafe feeling, rude service, unkept, nasty looking sonic with horrible tasting non mixed drinks we’ve ever been to or gotten.
They wouldn’t even answer the phone the numerous times we called. Hopefully our review will get the attn / response warranted.

Usually is my go to sonic since it’s by my place, but this is the second time were I was advised at 830pm that they were closed for ordering through the car hop stalls and I’d have to through drive thru.

After heading and ordering through the drive thru they then informed me that the ice cream machine is out of order so they could not complete my order.

I get it things happen but what a waste of time, could have easily been told while I was at the car stall.

The food, my burger and tater tots were awesome. The server was very friendly and prompt. The only problem we encountered, was placing the order, some of the screens in parking space do not work. Other than that, definitely will be back.

Drive through,
I was with my son which just had a root canal and wanted a milk shake. He had a special request for them to make it like a banana split. The lady said we don’t have that. Finally my son (which is 50 yrs old not a child) explained how a banana split has vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream with bananas. She said we don’t have bananas. He asked do you have any flavoring. She said yes. Then we get the order and it was just a layer of chocolate ice cream, vanilla and the a layer of strawberry. W/ coolwhip on top w/ a cherry. My son ask if he could have the flavors blended. And the young man then said well you wanted it like a banana split. It cost $6.67 for a medium shake because all the extra charges.
So if you go to this location just remember to give specific instructions! My son didn’t ask anything else of them. And gladly ate his Banana split shake.

First off if I could take stars away and give them negative it would be –⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I waited 15 minutes after I checked in to pick up my mobile order… then had to call twice, the first time it sent me to some sort of voicemail. Second time the kid had no idea what I meant and said I’m going out to give someone their order just yell at me. Comes to me and has no idea and says ok I’ll go check. All the while 5 cars have come and got there order… so he comes back gives me my drink and says I’ll bring your food out when it’s ready… comes back another 10 minutes and says they don’t have any hat I ordered if I want to switch it. This is ridiculous. I’ve been here a total of 25 minutes I have 30 minutes for lunch… and for whoever reads this for sonic I am not escalating this YOU do it! This is ridiculous that it has to come to this in the first place it’s not hard to cook food and bag it. I’ve done it plenty of times. Also there is a homeless person living at the corner of order stalls. Never again from this sonic… btw I’m one of the mailmen in the area and frequent this spot because there’s not much around but u definitely lost my business from here on out

Worst Sonic ever. Either lazy or untrained employees, mumble when speaking, so hard to understand, didn’t repeat order when done. I actually repeated my order to make sure it was correct (just a burger, tots and a drink) . Messed up and gave me fries instead of tots. Wanted to charge me for the tots to correct my order. unbelievable! Never going to this location again

Ordered a #3 asked to make sure there was mayo and ketchup on there she stated everything else that was on there and asked if I wanted to take anything off I said no.

They gave me a damn plain cheese burger lmao didnt have time to go back bc of work.
At least I got the chili cheese tots and clean water right.

First of all, we went to get the Sonic Slushes.
Corporate needs to educate these employees on what the difference is between a Frozen limeade and a fresh fruit line slush! It doesn’t matter which Sonic I go to, they ALWAYS give me the frozen limeade even when I area to then EVERY TIME that “I DO NOT WANT FROZEN LIMEADE. I WANT THE FRESH FRUIT LINE SLUSH”. At this Sonic, the last at the window looked so confused and had no idea what I was talking about.

Food came out ice cold, waited more than 20 minutes for the replacement, while we watched several customers get served. When we arrived, we were one of two vehicles parked, and there was one car in the drive through. The pictures included are exactly how the food was served, and cold to the touch. This was my family’s worst experience at any Sonic.
And this generic response I’ve seen to any other complaint…” if you would like to escalate your feedback to the franchise owner…” Just stop. Get people that do their jobs, or actually do something. It’s sad and pathetic. This was a Saturday afternoon; If you’re not ready for that volume at that time, just close the store entirely. We arrived at 11:22AM, and still arrived late for our obligation at noon, despite being less than 7 minutes away. Do better or don’t bother.
