I love this place. I always get chips and queso with extra tortillas (the tortillas are amazing here) and pico. I also get crispy ground beef tacos. Everything here tastes good. The service was great this last time we went. One of the guys even asked if we wanted a little bag for the salsa bar, which I am always needing. That was a nice unexpected touch. This is always a “must go to” when visiting back home.

12:20 pm 12/18/2025 Thank you Maricela!!!! There was a mix up in my order due to a small communication issue and Maricela came out and ensured it was corrected. She was kind and very helpful and she fixed the order very quickly with a great attitude. I work in the restaurant industry, I am a server, and I have never seen this type of quality customer service in a fast food restaurant and I was very impressed with how the situation was handled. I always have a great experience eating here when we visit El Paso , and this will now be the only Taco Cabana we go to because we know the service and food is always amazing

Atmosphere was peaceful, except for the sparrows that were outside. If you don’t mind being surrounded by birds though you’ll enjoy it.

I wish I could give less stars. Ordered some tacos on corn tortillas, they put them in wheat and then blamed me. The attitudes of the people working there and carelessness of how they handle their food is astonishingly bad! Do not eat here

I recently went through the drive thru at this location and a younger lady charged me for my food. Then shortly after an older lady came to the window and was asking me to pay again. I explained that I had already paid and even verified that by showing her my bank statement showing the payment went through. The older lady I believe was Maria said she still needed me to pay because she didn’t see the payment go through on her computer and assured me she wouldn’t allow both transactions to happen once she closed out. It ended up charging me twice after transaction was no longer pending! I went through my bank since this lady didn’t seem to be capable of doing her job.

The flour tortillas were raw on the brisket tacos I’m not been mean we order from you guys 3 to 4 times a week also their was no salsa what so ever my food was so nasty I didn’t eat it Sorry!! Quality assurance is a helpful task!!

This is unacceptable local Taco Cabana in El Paso, Tx. Employees are rude, don’t greet you give you attitude when asked for stuff. Restaurant looked disgusting plates, cups and good everywhere. Trash cans filled to the top. Horrible service besides getting my order wrong and forgetting half of my order. Never eating here again!

I’m from AZ but this place reminds me of dos pesos. Cheap good Mexican eats and margaritas.! Fresh brewed ice tea. No Wi-Fi though you might be able to use the McDonald’s Wi-Fi.

Wanted to show my family from Germany our Taco Cabana and I was a bit embarrassed after taking them here. Saw two dead cockroaches near the edge of the eating entrance, the men’s sink was out of order, and the cilantro was clearly past its prime. Paid $40+ for a less-than-ideal experience. Some of the workers were polite and pleasant, though.
