I stopped by today and absolutely loved the service I received from Mohammad. he’s a great order taker, very attentive, patient, and made sure everything was exactly right. he truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel taken care of. The experience was smooth, friendly, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service he provided!

I visited this location 12/12/25 around 2:45pm. The older African American lady at the pick up window gave me a soda which wasn’t apart of my order. She walked away I was confused. When she came back to the window I told her it’s not mine and she got sooooo nasty with me! She said “Well you should have told me when I handed it to you, I can’t take it back” as I was still speaking and trying to explain that I was confused, she closed the drive thru window in my face and walked away. excuse me?? It’s not my fault you are not paying attention. It’s just a soda! You don’t talk or treat paying customers that way for YOUR mistake. This is the 2nd time she got nasty to me at the window. Another time when i asked for sauce she yelled that it’s in the bag. I will not be visiting this location and I will be contacting corporate. Her attitude needs to be addressed.

I stopped by the Wendy’s drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and also added something else at the window. When we got to the window, the employee gave us a horrible attitude for no reason. It was completely unnecessary and made the whole experience unpleasant. We were polite and patient, but the way we were treated was rude and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses this kind of behavior because customers shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable just for placing an order.

Most incompetent group of people of Wendy’s I’ve been to. Went for drive thru, bought 2 6$ biggie bags asked for sweet and sour sauce, got barbeque sauce, asked for root beer and got a freaking Dr. PEPPER.
