Mistakes were made.
I remember a time when I actually liked pizza. Unfortunately, today was not that time.
I had a sudden impulse for pizza and decided to give CiCi’s a try. That impulse was quickly regretted. The selection was very limited, and what was available looked tired, overcooked, and unappetizing. The pizza slices were dry, oddly shaped, and clearly past their prime (see photos).
I figured, “Okay, at least the salad bar will save this.” Nope. The salad was just as disappointing — wilted lettuce, minimal toppings, and dressing that didn’t help at all. When even the salad is bad, that’s saying something.
This felt less like a pizza buffet and more like a reminder of why I stopped coming here years ago. Quality has clearly gone downhill, and nostalgia alone isn’t enough to make this worth it.
I came in craving pizza. I left questioning my life choices.
Final verdict: Very little selection, poor quality, and definitely not worth a repeat visit.

We were there at 11am today. My son Michael enjoyed his cheese pizza specially made for him. They were curteous and friendly. My son really enjoyed himself.

Food was cold, so I ordered to make a fresh pizza. It was not tasty. Soup was very salty. At least when they making the soup needs to taste it before serving.
There is no price list in the billing area. I don’t know why they are charged me $6.99 for each kids buffet. Everywhere $5.99 including the drinks for kids buffet.
Also I noticed that in the drink section Lemonade was not available, then I took sprite from the machine and taste it. It was not a sprite. Just a plain soda. I told this matter to one of the employee and he told me Sprite flavors are out of stock. Two mains drinks are not available (Lemonade and Sprite)
I don’t like any other sodas.
Then I don’t know why they are charged me for sodas.
If it’s out of stock as a customer should be needs to tell us before charging me or need to serve bottled sodas. This place is horrible.
When I was eating one of the Hispanic lady came to this restaurant and selling her own masala fruits to the Cicis customers. She asked me to buy her fruits pack. That Hispanic lady is not an employee for Cicis but by the way of talking I understand she knows all this Cicis employees well. I don’t think Cicis chain service is allowing these type of selling inside the restaurant.

I just ate at this CiCi’s Pizza location, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza was cold, dry, and had a pasty taste—far from the fresh, flavorful food I remember loving as a kid. CiCi’s has always held a special place in my heart; it was the first pizza restaurant I ever went to, and I’ve had great memories there growing up.
While the staff here were very kind and welcoming (which I genuinely appreciate), it’s clear that this particular store doesn’t prioritize quality food. The pizza just wasn’t good at all, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat at this location. Sadly, it’s not worth it.

8-15-2021: The pizza was good, but there wasn’t a big variety this visit. Employees were slow to place pizza on the trays. I could not get cheese sticks after the first one I got.
