I love this Hardee’s. The food is always amazing and the service is top notch. James, Always remembers us and takes great care of us. He welcomes every customer as they enter the building with a smile and an happy disposition. Service is fast food is hot and delicious! Best “fast food” in my opinion. Can honestly say, I’ve never had a hotdog on an egg n cheese biscuit! Ordered a smoked sausage and egg biscuit. This is what I got; and yes, it looked and tasted like a hotdog. I don’t eat bacon, biscuit also had bacon on it. No where did the menu board read bacon on it. Hardee’s use to be so good. The one in Middleburg is awful! Last visit!!

For fast food, great place. Biscuits and gravy are as close to homemade as you will get eating out. Would like to say Christy and James go above and beyond to make your visit a pleasure. James is always upbeat and friendly. Christy keeps things going, efficient and Friendly. This could/ should be a model store for new employees.

Our church purchased breakfast from Hardee’s in Middleburg on Sunday, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. The sausage biscuits were great, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. From the Kingsley Lake Baptist family, thank you for making our morning run smoothly!

Dispite being one of two cars in the whole place. This is what I got for food and service. What frys that weren’t dumped in the bag upside down. Weren’t even luke warm but soggy bathed in salt. Burger just a bad it was colder than the brown lettuce. Whatever happened to cooked to order. Will not make this mistake again

Nothing like the hometown feel I get when I visit this Hardee’s! Everyone is always so friendly! James is always professional but very personable. Shawna is always so kind and always greets everyone with a smile. The hospitality in this place is like none other! Thank you Middleburg Hardee’s for always being on point!

Over the last several years, it has been hit and miss with this Hardee’s. For some reason here lately it’s been more miss than anything else. This is why I had to come in and change my review. It was a four star now it’s gracefully a one star. I don’t know if it’s from lack of sleep lack of enthusiasm for the job or we’ll just go with medicated, but some of the employees are like zombies and don’t even make eye contact. Then we’ll get into the food. For what you pay you might as well go to a huddle house or waffle House, and have a real sitdown breakfast. Even with coupons ordering off the value menu it’s not worth your dollar. I highly recommend that you move on today’s experience again. The lady at the drive-through was like a zombie. Didn’t even make eye contact just stuck my bag out the window and waited for me to grab it, grabbed my drink, stuck it out the window and waited for me to grab it. No straw for my drink at all and then the biscuits were barely even cooked. Not the delicious butter biscuits that you’re used to I will say the gravy was good. And when you think of a super biscuit, you would think super means SUPER. It’s barely even a regular bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Which that biscuit was not cooked all the way either. Then we’ll get into the barely warm extremely greasy hashbrowns. It’s sad. I really enjoy Hardee’s, but this place is really going downhill. But by all means Try it for yourself. I just don’t recommend until things change.

Burgers are good. In the past they used to have really good biscuits. Now they have a spongy texture and are not that great. Once in a blue moon I get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit in hopes for the past to return and no luck. Also, their sausage egg and cheese biscuit is the most expensive compared to other surrounding drive thru fast food restaurant. Service is always quick and staff is friendly.
EDIT 9/27/2022… Today was the last straw for me. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was very stale and the sausage had a burnt heavy chaired taste, that was too much. Also, first bite I had to pull a long dark brown hair from my mouth. Ended up throwing it back in the bag. Didn’t have time to turn around to get a refund and ended up grabbing something else on the way to work.
