BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST WAFFLE HOUSES IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.. service horrible. Good cold and gross and burnt. No apologies or nothing.

This is the weirdest Waffle House I’ve ever seen! They have “takeout orders only” signs. They won’t let people inside. They actually installed drive-thru-like windows so you can order without going inside. You need to stand outside and order, then you need to wait in your car and take it to go. The signs usually say “takeout orders only 11 pm – 7 am” or something like that, but it doesn’t matter what the sign says. Last time I tried to go there it was 7 or 8 pm and they wouldn’t let me inside. I said “the sign says takeout only after 11 pm!” and the woman just said “It’s to go only. You can’t come inside” in an exhausted voice.

Came in for my breakfast grease and was greeted by a newbie but an old soul, Liya gave excellent customer service and was very much full of energy for a 5am end of shift, I was impressed by the drive even though she said she was new, her and the cooked seemed like a well oiled machine food came out quick hot and I tipped well for great service 200% for the cook and for the waitress.

My overall experience was awesome. Everyone was so nice it was my first time eating at this location. And I highly recommend for friends, families or individuals to make a trip to this location.. The food was prepared to my liking. I absolutely will be returning back to eat some good breakfast sometime soon. Thanks to everyone that works here definitely left a big impression in my heart.

Went for my birthday breakfast!!! Phenomenal crew very polite and respectful. The service was great! the fastest response to anything I needed ever and I’ve been plenty of places to eat. Food fresh, hot and yummy. I really enjoyed this restaurant. My hubby even played me some birthday jams on the jukebox.

Waited for 30 minutes for my group to order our food. 3 people were serviced before us and we got there before the other 3 people. Normally we get our drinks and the server usually give it to us and asks if we are ready to order. But they just gave us our drinks and just left us. WE NEVER HAD EXPERIENCED THIS AT OTHER WAFFLE HOUSES. The girl who served us just ignored us after our drinks. Never once’s looked our direction.

My whole order was burnt. Funny thing is that when we came to pick up there were only three people eating. So you can’t tell me that it was busy. We ordered scrambled eggs, but apparently they don’t know how to scramble them because the egg-yolk and egg whites were not mixed together. I didn’t take a picture of the waffle but that was burnt too. Don’t waste your money or time. Side note: this location doesn’t have a phone so don’t try calling.

I wanted to eat here, but when I showed up the place was packed. I saw what looked to be a manager walking around adding peoples names onto the waiting list to be seated, so I waited to be able to add my name to the list. The manager passed me up to add the group that came in behind me to the list instead. After waiting a little more, I approached him and asked to be put on the list. He told me that since I was alone he wouldn’t put my name on the list, and told me to just grab a seat at the counter. The counter was full of customers, and I had no clue how long any of them were going to be there, or if I’d have to race anyone to sit at the counter once a spot opened up. After a bit more waiting where no one left the counter, but the group behind me got to be seated, I gave up and left this place to eat somewhere else.
