Large party tonight and this place was awesome! Huge portions very reasonably priced, nice variety of items on the menu..Waitress was awesome, orders came out perfect and she was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will be back.

Very nice little place. They have a lot of regulars that come in as the waitresses greet these people by name as they enter. That says a lot. The food we got was excellent. The picture is the garlic knots appetizer. Way more than we expected. The waitresses were very nice and we’re at the perfect level of checking on us. Not pushy and not too distant. We will definitely be coming back.

We loved the Melanzane al Forno (baked eggplant dish), Gnocchi and Tiramisu. They use high-quality, imported ingredients. A must-visit for anyone wanting authentic Sicilian food in Tampa.

This small, cozy place is a well-known gem in Temple Terrace. Great service and wonderful food that is affordably priced (most entree dishes are typically around $20 or less). The portions are also more than ample for a hungry appetite. My personal favorite is the eggplant parmesan.

Ridiculously delicious. Oh my GOODNESS. I had the grouper special (with lemon garlic sauce on pasta). It came with a soup or salad (chicken and rice for me) and a bread (pita, of course). I tried some of the hubby’s amazing salmon with spinach and artichoke, too. INSANELY good.

Everything about Stefano Greek Italian Restaurant is simply perfect. My wife and I were with of a party of ten that had dinner here on Jan 14, 2026. The food was excellent and believe me the portions are huge. My wife and I should have shared a plate.
But, the biggest surprise of the night was our server Haylee. She handled our party of ten like a pro. Everyone got the correct order and she was at out table constantly to check on us making sure we had everything we needed. We gave her a round of applause after dinner. She simply made the night PERFECT for us.
The night of dining was simply enchanting for all of us.

A great casual diner for Greek and Italian food. The prices are very reasonable, and they have lots of daily specials. The wait time was very short and we had had friendly and attentive service.

You can smell how delicious the food is in the parking lot.It’s so good . This place is really overlooked.It needs to be shouted from the rooftops. But be prepared the sizes of the food. The servings alone are so large.You will be taking home food.

Had the gyro plate which I chose chicken soup and pita as my sides. The plate comes already with yellow rice. My meal was amazing and very yummy.
My mom had a fish sub. She really liked it but the French fries that she got as her side she didn’t which is why I’m giving the food 4 stars and not 5. There was a lot of food provided for the price. Worth the value.
