Update: They must have new crew because the service is not as fast and friendly as before. And I can’t figure out why they still haven’t opened the inside, even though the app and website say that they have. Also, the salad has gotten more expensive, while the size has gotten smaller.

Worst Wendy’s in Miami. I gave them another chance, but fries were cold and stale, and counter was covered in “bleachy” water when I went in. Employee couldn’t speak English. It just never gets any better here.
I tried their app. No curbside service, You must still walk in to get your food or go through drive thru. Food order had not even been started. Ticket was still in machine up front. Just an all around bad process.

Dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. This is not the first time I’ve seen this place looking like a dump. I’ve seen people standing on the counter with their nasty shoes to put ice on the ice/drink dispenser. The food is usually served luke warm if lucky. Forget customer service! Employees who do speak English have an attitude and no training. My guess is the turnover is too fast to get anyone trained.

Wendy’s has only 2 restrooms–1 for women, and 1 for men. Sunday evening 08/31/2025, I waited to use the Female restroom, then out came a young guy out of it– an employee who did not even bother to say “excuse me” as he passed through the semi tight corridor where there was also a man and his handicap son waiting for the male restroom to be available.
