I went through the drive-thru around 10:40 p.m. and waited in line for several minutes. When I finally reached the ordering speaker, I was asked to wait before placing my order. After about 15 minutes, the employee took my order. Once it was placed, I waited another 45 minutes in line before receiving my food.
When the bag was handed to me, I asked if everything was included. The employee said yes, so I drove off without double-checking. The food was extremely hot and fresh and tasty, which meant it was cooked right before it was handed to me, but one item was completely wrong. I had ordered a bacon double smash burger, but instead received what was essentially a Jr. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger with two patties (a burger that costs about half the price of what I ordered).
Considering the entire process took an hour and determined not to have another hour wasted, I chose not to go back to complain or request the correct item. Overall, this was a very poor experience at Jack in the Box.

I was the only person in the drive thru and it somehow still took like 15-20 minutes to place my order and get my food. I truly don’t understand how a fast food place can be so slow. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Won’t be going back ever.

The “manager” was absolutely rude. We wanted to order, she asked if we had an online order and we obviously didnt. She says, “then I cant help you” um what? We asked for an explanation and completely silent when we are tryna ask. I ask again and ask why she is being so rude and she asks me to pull up, not to leave, to talk in person because im obviously frustrated and she wants to speak in person. So we pull up and this girl wants to be all rude has NO costumer service, roasts us and just completely not professional. Whether the costumer is frustrated or rude, you have NO right as the worker to be rude back, you need to be respectful. In my opinion, I have the right to be frustrated because I asked you a question in the beginning and you obviously can hear me but dont wanna say anything. NO COSTUMER SERVICE, IMMATURE, and is a manager? Yeah no, don’t come here if you dont want attitude because rest assured you will get exactly that.

Honestly tired of this happening so yes this time I will complain, just because it’s night time doesn’t give you the excuse to be careless to customer requests or requirements for greater service provided. Making customers wait on your line for 12+ min with no assurances, no apologies for the wait, just a whole line of cars sitting for almost 20min that’s inexcusable behavior and this happens all over within many fast food industries.. simply put if you cannot keep up in the pm, close down for the night. Your profits are not worth the expense of consumers

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. The kiosk didn’t list the item I wanted, and when I tried ordering through the app it kept charging me, then saying the payment failed and refunding me. Because of that, I asked the employee if they had received a mobile order for me. Without even turning around, he said “no” and walked away. It took forever just to get anyone to acknowledge me, and when I tried the kiosk again the menu was still incomplete. Between the dismissive service, the broken app, and the limited kiosk options, this location made ordering far more difficult than it should be. I won’t be returning.

Went through the drive thru got there at 11pm 3 cars maybe 4 in front of me took us 30 minutes to get our food then they forgot our 3rd drink but with 5 cars behind us I wasn’t waiting another 30 mins to try and get my missing drink. This place has always been on the slow side all hrs of the day but 30 mins for fast food and then to mess up the order is a little much. For how consistently this location messes up I’m gonna stop going to this location dq is open late and even during peak hrs has maybe a 6 min wait

Stand at the counter for 10 min this store never cares about the customer standing waiting it’s absolutely ridiculous slow moving every time this is actually insane especially ordering my food on the app ahead of time. Wont come back to service like this been standing here 25 min waiting on food that was ordered almost 35 min ago. Lady came in and ordered on kiosk and got her food 1st definetly not fast food

Horrible experience. Spent $43 on food that was handed to us cold. Took the girl 15 minutes to hand us our food through the drive through. I was patient thinking they were short staffed. But my food was done and she was just busy taking orders for ten cars behind me. Our bag was sitting on the counter the whole time getting cold while we waited as she took other orders. Horrible customer service. I contacted the store district manager who told me to drive back with my food for a refund. I’m not waiting in another drive through line for another 15-30 minutes to get a refund. This is absurd! Threw the food out. Will never go back. No receipt was given either.

Instantly gave me food poisoning this morning. Ordered a Bacon Double Smashed Jack combo and the burger was really dry and gross. No sooner did I eat the food. I am dry vomiting, have stomach issues, and bowel issues. The meat was most likely far past its safety time and now I am sick.
