Man! I had not had Arby’s in about a decade and I found this one while driving through Port Charlotte. I was so excited and it didn’t disappoint.
As soon as I entered I was greeted from the kitchen. The staff as so kind.
I had the classic roast beef sandwich meal, with curly fries and a coke…. And Arby’s special sauce!!!!!
I dined in, the place was very clean and you know a good place when the condiments section is spotless.
I can’t wait to be back for their fish sandwich!

We ordered online. Waited a total of 50 minutes. The reason we did not approach the counter sooner was everybody else was also waiting for their food at the shelf on the counter. We finally asked and found out it had been done and sitting on a counter in back for 20 minutes. Nobody said they were sorry, just gave us our cold food and sent us on our way.

Love the roast beef sandwiches, but it’s like they are perpetually understaffed with people that only work in slow motion. The only one I’ve ever seen working at a decent speed is the manager that was on yesterday afternoon around 3ish.

Look only complaint I have was the woman taking the orders, could not remember a darn thing. I got 2 classic beef and cheese Sammie’s and a large fry. She must have asked me numerous times what I ordered. Then still gets the order wrong, and how she got it wrong is no big deal because I ordered single Sammie’s but when I get home I open the bag and there is a double beef N cheese and a single. I mean it’s a bigger sammich but I did t pay for that. Also when she asked me multiple times what size fries even though I said it already bc my wife wanted them dropped fresh which w.e happy wife happy life, but then when she is about to put my frys in the fry container asked the size I said large she said are you sure it isn’t a medium I said no it’s a large and gave me a look that gave me the impression she thinks I’m trying to get 10 more frys for free with a large over a medium. That being said everything things else was great, I eat Arby’s one to two times a year and everything is always fresh and tasty.

Just under 20 minutes trapped in the drive through so couldn’t leave. No acknowledgement of the waiting. It was 11.75 for a sandwich and a coke. My food was cold. No receipt. Boo.

Well, the food was fine.But I had two deals on my phone 1 was my birthday deal, and the other was 20% off your bill, BUT the only way to use both was for online ordering, and guess what this location doesn’t do online orders so you can’t use it here!! This is the stupidest restaurant app I have ever tried to use !!!!

I bought the Ham Sandwich, it hardly had any ham in it.
It was definitely the worst meal I have ever bought at Arby’s..
The Employees acted like they didn’t want to be there they weren’t even talking to each other that I could see. They all looked miserable..
I tried the Mac and Cheese it was ok.
The Potato cakes were a bit undercooked to my liking..
At this point I don’t think I would recommend going there , It’s not the same servings anymore.
They should change the pictures on the Menu.
