Amazing service and even more fun and amazing variety of pizzas. The kids had a blast and the servers are awesome. They kept asking us regularly if we are good, if we had any issues or concerns.
Management: keep doing what you doing with the staff and they truly deserve a raise.

The manager visited the table 5 minutes in. We just left Pizza Hut as the buffet, service and attitude there was sub par. They wouldn’t make us unsweetened tea and they don’t allow pizza suggestions instead they go by a list. If that pizza is not on the list it does not go on the buffet. However at CiCis Pizza no rules just right! The salad bar and and soup were amazing and fresh. The Cicis manager put in a special request for me!
Now I have have had 2 Cicis managers visit my table! I was bowled over by their customer service.

You get what you pay for at Cici’s and if you’re an optimist – then you’ll get a bit more! Mondays and Tuesdays they have a discounted buffet and that’s what makes this place worth it. Eating your body weight worth of pizza, pasta and salad is an experience that should never be passed up on. The pizza is fresh, and if they don’t got what you want they’ll make it fresh! The reason for my 3 star atmosphere is NOT because its not clean but you’ll literally run into everyone you know here and their kids, with their kids’ kids. Overall, Cici’s is awesome. Awesome food, awesome staff, and the crowd is cool too

The restaurant was pretty dirty and messy during our visit, and the pizza itself was bland. Prices feel a little too high for what you get, and the place was loud. There was even a bucket of water sitting in the middle of the floor, which didn’t help the impression.
On the positive side, the kids absolutely loved it — and that’s really the main reason we’ll go back. It’s not somewhere I’d rush to return to, but we’ll probably visit again occasionally for the kids’ sake.

We had a fantastic experience at this location! The front staff was nice and helpful, the crew in the back was working very hard and were polite and the gentleman cleaning was doing an amazing job as well. This store is how every location should be ran. Well done crew!

Staff was friendly off the rip, especially the manager, Zayne. Very clean restaurant, everyone hard at work/being diligent. Goes to show that when you have great management, everything else follows. I would recommend the experience to anyone wanting a cheat day, to an evening with your kids/family. Will be back!

Another great experience at this location! The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Don’t see what you want on the bar? Just ask, and they’ll make it for you. Want a personal pizza? Just let them know. Need to eat low carb? They will make you a crust-less pizza. If it’s not hot, let them know and they will make it fresh!! Y’all give this one a shot.

CiCi’s is always amazing. I remember coming into the old location as a child, and honestly, I love this new location so much more.
Took my son on the 23rd, and had a great time. Even when someone scuffed up my bumper while they were leaving. I told the girl at the counter, and she immediately contacted her manager to get the cameras and see if they could get the man’s tag for me, so I could file a report.
