Avoid this Popeyes please. I placed an online order at this location and it was ready when I arrived. The bag was stapled closed so I didn’t open it to check the contents. When I arrived at home I found my entire order was wrong. The box was loaded with thighs and wings. There were no drumsticks or breasts, which I had requested( see photo of receipt). I understand people can make mistakes, so I’m not too upset about that. My issue is with Management at this location. When I called in and explained the situation to her she rudely responded with….” If You Want Us to Replace It, You Need To Bring the Product Back To Us Because I Didn’t Make Your Order”. I said ma’am I live over 40 minutes away in Nebraska, Do you really expect me to drive all the way back to Iowa to replace this chicken. She said sorry I can’t do nothing else for you. This low level of customer service is concerning. That’s not how you should treat a paying customer. December 4th, 2025 will be the last time I patronize this location. The corporate office needs to provide some serious training to the staff, particularly The Manager of this location. I would be embarrassed if I had this type of representation associated with my brand.

Could barely understand The guy on the drive through, didnt get my order right. Took 3 business days to complete my order with 2 chicken sandwiches and shrimp. The only perk was the sandwiches were good and fresh. I guess growing and caring for the chicken before frying it, then taking a boat out to catch the shrimp for me was necessary.

Be warned stay away from this place, you can smell the old grease from the street. Nothing about the chicken here tastes like Popeyes, I’ve had a fresh order twice and I could tell they don’t change the grease, this can’t be the right seasoning or repiece because it tastes like nothing but old grease. Do yourself a favor a cook your own food or eat here and earn yourself a trip to the hospital.

Great dinning experience with a large family stopping by for a meal. The staff was very helpful and polite assisting with dietary questions as well. The staff also ensured our entire order was delivered and correct as well as follow up to ensure a quality product was delivered. They also even brought out some coupons to encourage another visit to a Popeyes! Well done and congrats for the great service in a clean environment!!

Unless it’s totally dead, they ignore anyone wanting to order at the counter. Order ahead or use the drive-thru, but don’t go inside and expect to order.

Very bad experience. Ordered 12 piece the the thighs were raw and bloody the Mac and cheese was over cooked and tasted bad asked to get a small bit of coleslaw in stead and was told no I’m not doing that didn’t get plates for a dine in and got yelled at about taking a little pop cause couldn’t find the water couldn’t use the bathroom toilet was clogged with toilet paper this was my first experience at a popeyes

***** THIS PLACE HAS MICE AND ROACHES******This place is by far the most dirtiest, unprofessional and disgusting restaurant in council bluffs. I’ve seen roaches crawling on the menu screens, a mouse run behind the soda machine and another one pop its head out the ceiling tile in the hall to the bathrooms. I’ve watched managers get straight up disrespectful to customers. I overheard what I assume is the manager talking disrespectfully about the cook who speaks 0 English. I know the District manager Scott but doesn’t help his wife is running the joint. If I were corporate I’d shut this store down because quite frankly too many health concerns going on here.

I got the 20$ bundle and it was old and the pieces where so little my 2 year old could have ate all 6 . Then it says large they gave us small . Mind you that was my last to feed my family I’m so disappointed so looks like my kids will eat and I will not because the 15 pieces of chicken we were suppose to get where crumbs
