Ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner – (2) Breast, (1) wing, mashed potatoes and Cole slaw. Paid an up charge (as shown on the receipt) to get the (2) breasts. Did NOT get (2) breasts (as shown in the box). Instead, received (2) wings which would be a normal 3 piece dinner.
The potatoes & gravy rated as though it had been in the warmer for several hours.
If you want your order to be correct, choose another location!!!

Some confuse Jack’s with Jack in the Box. There’s no comparison, Jack’s is far better, breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are reasonably priced and serve out great food. Staff is always welcoming and courteous. Breakfast is , I like the southern cooking menu they represent. Hand dipped shakes, hand breaded chicken and tenders, good burgers. You name it, it’s always good. Great portions as well. Wish they had one in Kentucky.

Great food, well prepared! The staff and manager are beyond friendly and helpful. This is not your typical fast food joint. Truck parking out back is a huge bonus. This was our first time eating lunch/dinner. Burger and chicken were spot on. Mac & cheese, green beans were fresh. Chocolate chip cookies are fresh and warm!

I’m a truck driver. I stopped here to get an order to go which was my lunch. I ordered a burger with regular fixins and they gave me a bacon burger that had been sitting in the box it seems because it was totally fresh but kinda tasty so I gave two stars for the food to be fair even though it wasn’t what I ordered. The fries were good except some had a cheesy like seasoning that I didn’t care for. The Strawberry shake was so so. The people working here were not lively and didn’t look at customers as in regular eye contact. They seemed hung over maybe it’s the party crew I don’t know. It took longer than expected to get my food. A person that came in after me was given their shake first. I didn’t like the atmosphere and won’t be stopping at this location again. They weren’t rude to me otherwise I just didn’t like the experience. I hope it can improve for future guests.

So I order basically the same order nearly everytime I come. Yet somehow, for the last several times, you guys have messed up my order each time. I ask for sweet tea? I get unsweet tea. I ask for no mustard, i get mustard, i ask light ice, its full to the brim of ice, my order is not complicated and ive had to change what i order to make it easier to not mess up, and despite that it still can’t be done properly. I say it clearly and slowly enough and make sure they got it, and then even after confirming it will still be messed up.

On February 15th on Sunday morning Jack’s woods are disaster dulden. Have enough employees, the biscuits burrow, and my gravy and biscuit they gave my lunch order to somebody else as you’re sitting there waiting forever. Hey, hey giving my money back on it!!!! The thing is, it’s not to employ’s fault. It’s a manager did not high enough or schedule enough people, so 9n the other have i ended up going to work with no lunch !!@

Very friendly service. Also 10% discount to truckers. Tried the deluxe breakfast plate was pretty good. Eggs, bacon, biscuit n gravy, grits and hashbrowns plus a large drink little over 10 bucks. Will definitely stop here again.

It was a clean and nice Jack’s but my chicken was so tough that I couldn’t eat it. I had went through the drive-thru and was already on the interstate almost to Hayden. It also smelled rancid. It was like the chicken had been left out all day under the heater. It literally had a yellow green tent.

Disappointed Jacks burger with just lettuce, tomato, onion. Only put a few shreds of lettuce on. The burger just looks sad. Fries ok but over salted, like pouring salt down your throat. I was looking forward to my lunch, but oh well.
