Our grandmother wanted to bring us here for the first time because she loved it so much when she went. When we got our food our fries were cold. My grandmother asked if we could get some fresh hot fries because ours were cold. The manager came out and took all of our fries off of each of our plates with her hands with a sassy attitude. Which was gross and very awkward to experience. She brought us a tray of fresh fries but she had already ruined our experience. My grandmother was sad that it was much worse than her initial experience. The food overall wasn’t great and we probably won’t be back.

I’ve only been to this location a few times but it’s always clean and the food is always delicious. Definitely recommend – some fast food spots around here leave much to be desired.

I love this restaurant! The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is one of the only restaurants that I know of that lets you pick as many burger toppings as you want. They also come around and give out free extra fries. Most restaurants these days are too stingy with their portions, so I appreciate Cheeseburger Bobby’s for keeping their customers first. I also love that they have impossible burgers and they use fresh potatoes for the fries.

This location always seems dead but the food is usually pretty good. They also seem to just operate with either 1 or 2 employees but it seems to be enough. Food overall is decent and prices, well, kind of steep. I rarely eat here but when I do, it’s an average experience. Wish the portions for your sides were better though. They always seem to skimp on them. At least the last few times with the exception of my visit I had in the photos. They usually skimp on Door Dash orders I make.

I recently dined at Cheeseburger Bobby’s, and I must say, the food was delicious! The burgers were juicy, and the fries were perfectly crispy. However, I did notice that the restaurant was quite busy during my visit. Although that’s understandable, I was a bit disappointed to see too much trash on the ground, which employees seemed to walk right over without addressing. Additionally, the salad bar area needed restocking, and some items had been sitting out for a while. Despite these minor issues, the overall dining experience was good.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger without a bun. In hindsight, I wish I had gotten a double as they aren’t very big. They have all of the burger toppings at a condiments bar like Fudrucker’s used to and they have nice large pieces of lettuce you can wrap your burger with. Husband got the bucket burger with fries. I did not get fries, but the staff came around several times while we were there and offered us more fries, which was nice. Not sure if that’s a normal thing or not, but it was nice to get a refill on hot fries. The fries were OK. I prefer crispy on the outside fries and these were not that, but they were decent. Hamburgers were ok as well. Nothing to write home about. They were good, but I wasn’t really impressed considering they seem like a dedicated burger joint a step or two above a standard fast food place. Over all it was just ok. I’m not dying to go back, but that’s just my opinion. Like I said the food was good and the service was great, just overly impressive. Seems like a decent enough family friendly place to go.

I’ve been coming to this location for ten years but today was awful. I ordered the crunchy B add cheese because cheese doesn’t come on it. Well after paying the cashier stops my wife because the cook said she didn’t charge me for the cheese I added. So now he expects me to swipe my credit card for a slice of cheese. The cashier didn’t know how to ring up a slice of cheese so this cook wanted to stop working to show her which was unnecessary. You’d think he would’ve just added the cheese considering I used my phone number for points so that’s shows I’m a regular customer. Nope when I said don’t worry about the cheese he was like “okay” then proceeded to laugh as I walked away and said to the other cook “he didn’t wanna pay for his cheese so he gets no cheese”. Then they both laughed and proceeded to give me cold fries and a lesser portion than what I see on other tables. Highly disappointed. I took a pic and cont upload the fries

The BEST place to get a burger in Hiram. They have a lot of seasonings for the fries to choose from and you get to pick as many toppings as you want for your burgers. Everything is fresh and delicious and the place is very clean.

So me and my sister and mom went here for lunch, I got a double smokehouse burger with fries, the burgers were fantastic, cooked to perfection! The hand cut fresh fries were on point crispy on the outside soft on the inside, so good, my mom and sister shared a tender meal and the tenders were pretty good and their ranch was so good too highly recommend getting it with your tender meal, and we also shared cheese fries, the cheese fries could’ve been better the queso was kind of bland but honestly it was still good , other then that I highly recommend this place for folks that want a decently priced meal for friends and family, between the three of us, we only spent 43$. The staff were super friendly and really seemed like they were working hard to make sure we were satisfied, and the bathrooms were pretty clean, and the tables were clean. The restaurant itself was clean, organized and had pretty good decor.
