The only reason this tacobell is getting three stars is because of omarr. And whatever manager was working nov 9th at 7:34 pm who yelled at omarr for correcting a mistake on my order should apologize to him. He had great customer service and was very helpful. Definitely an asset to this taco bell location and he is the only reason i would come back to this taco bell.

I wait over 30 minutes on a Monday at 7pm and you put beans on the one thing in my order I told them not to. First they would ask you to pull to the front for your order but now they just hold the whole drive through line up only taking orders after the prior one got their food. Every wait time on the order screen inside was over 8 minutes long. Do not come to this location if your pressed for time. Give yourself an hour and a half extra when you do come. Ridiculous and someone needs to fix the issue

Ordered easy lettuce and extra cheese on 5 tacos. What I got was 5 tacos all soggy on the bottom and torn in half with a few strands of lettuce and even less cheese. No surprise since the manager was outside on her phone when I pulled in then went inside and was back outside on her phone when I pulled into a spot to eat. She went back inside then came back out on her phone and was still leaning against a SUV when I left. I will stick to the one one Merriman and Plymouth. The short drive is worth getting good food for my hard earned money.
Two years later Taco Bell still has done nothing about this horrible customer service. Ordered 3 crunchy tacos easy lettuce extra meat and cheese and a nacho bell with extra meat and cheese. This is what I got.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme with chicken for an extra $.95 or so and there was barely any filling at all. There were maybe 8 tomatoes and 12 little pieces of lettuce. They didn’t put beans in the power bowl we ordered either.. Very disappointed at what I got for how much I paid.

They need to hire new employees. Mobile ordered tonight and waited an hour for our food. We get home and everything is ice cold and I couldn’t even eat my chalupa because it was hard and stale! They told me to come back up tomorrow and they’ll re make it. I don’t want the nasty food remade. I want a refund…calling the 800 number tomorrow. Not to mention, my BEEFY five layer had no beef. My receipt says I clicked no beef which isn’t true I didn’t customize it!

Wait here long enough in their insane lines and you’ll be bound to hear gun shots. Well at least that was my experience. I’m not upset with the employees or company just the situation. But waiting in a line you CAN NOT LEAVE (make sure you have gas) isn’t a great experience.

Made us wait for our order so had to pull around. We ask for taco sauce didn’t get any. Our crunch wrap hardly had lettuce the corn tortilla was soggy no tomatoes no sour cream. We won’t be back!
