Every KFC I go to from city to city has issues! We went here and picked up a 7 piece dinner and took it home. Didn’t get 7 pieces only got 6…smh…then the gravy wasn’t gravy it was just basically brown water. Always something with this brand. Fast food shouldn’t mean crappy food quality and no standards!!! I think this may be the last time for this brand. Seems to be a company thing not just a store thing with every store being lack of quality and standards.

It’s fast-food. It’s KFC. This location was clean and staff was friendly. Food came out hot and quick. Tried the new chicken wraps and they were ok. Spicy Mac and Cheese and spicy slaw. Sweet corn was mid and I didn’t finish. Wraps had some heat but don’t get your hopes up. Over a good trip.

My expectation of having a KFC sandwich in Kentucky is dispelled. Went late for a quick dinner after a 10h drive because this was the only KFC opened till midnight. Guilty as charged because 1. should have checked that it was only take-out 2. Drive way was completely empty- should have taken this as a sign that the food would be meh. Chicken sandwich was dry, fries were cold and sad. And they missed our drink order. Had to go back to get the drink.
So, yeah..not a good experience.

Downloaded the app to get the advertised $4 off a $5 purchase. Didn’t get that. Could not find the code anywhere. Also, I couldn’t find a place on the app to add a promo code/coupon. Just checked again and still can’t find it.
My order was ready at the time I chose on the app. The service seemed slow for the people waiting in line.
Ordered the $20 box and the hot & spicy wings ( 8 for $5).
The wings were the smallest I have ever seen. They were pretty tasty, with good flavor and a little spicy. The rest of the order was fine. The food was fresh and hot.

Food was good as usual. The letters are gone or falling off the wall. You can’t earn rewards in the store. You have to earn by using the app ONLY. Other stores allow to put in your purchase to earn rewards.

Done a mobile order went and picked up a couple minutes back to room. Chicken was cold. Ordered 5 tenders roll mash potato’s with gravy and coleslaw and mac & cheese with sweet tea with 2 honey mustard sauce. Got 2 mash potato’s and gravy no Mac & cheese. Sweet tea was more like tea made with lemon and water and no sauce at all.

I ordered the wings and wedges. I didn’t get the wedges, the wings were supposed to be bbq but they were spicy and most of them were to hard to eat. I was able to eat 2. My husbands order was right.

Got our meal at 7:00 today…I know that our economy in this country is dry but does our food have to be as well? The potato wedges were inedible strips of tree bark. The spicy wings were even dryer and might as well have been fried jerky. You’d think at the cost of $33 that there would in the very least have been an attempt to make the food digestible.
