I came into the store ordered a meal . Stepped out my meal after I came back to use the bathroom the supervisor Nice lady with dreads was polite and asked if I was back again and smile. And said yes. After entering to go to the restroom me amd another customer . We were advised the bathroom was closed and they don’t have the keys. Another lady came in to use the bathroom however it was closed too. I asked the gentleman at the counter if there is anyone who had the keys amd he began to get loud and shout. And I quote the supervisor ain’t here didn’t I tell you this already and we ain’t got no keys I asked him to lower his voice and spoke to another person there while the other worker looked over. I would like to make a formal complaint. If this is the type of atmosphere that is set at your establishment. It is not a good reflection of your establishment on how employees treat customers.

I said the Whopper that’s on sale I showed him my numbers he didn’t ask you for my number my member’s number
He said I need to read it to him
Very poor customer service for that place and for him so I walked out

This Burger King is the biggest thief in Tampa Bay area. They sell old food very often,this mozarella sticks are older than my grandmother. If you don’t want to be robbed, don’t come here.

Stopped in at 9:55PM for a shake, waited at the Drive through approximately 2 minutes to order, no one answered, we drive up to the window and wait another 3 minutes, to which this woman walks up to the window, looks my husband up and down and says “aint no food right now.” then shuts the window hard. This is absolutely ridiculous, she could of AT THE VERY LEAST, been apologetic.
