You guys really suck. Added mayo to a double stack, not requested. Failed to remove ketchup and mayo from double baconator that CLEARLY STATES NO KETCHUP OR MAYO.
Girl at counter made my small frosty a medium. Worker told her to remake it as a small and throw out the old.
Solidified I will not be shopping here ever again. For $28 for 2 burgers and 3 frostys, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Pictures are my kids burgers, deconstructed so we could wipe off the condiments. Had to take burger rolls out for new buns.

I came in to try the new Frosty’s the crew working the shifts around 8:30 PM on Thursday 11/19 went above and beyond to make sure my order came out exactly how I wanted it. They were very friendly and seemed to be getting orders out quickly and accurately. It’s nice to see people who take pride in their job like that. Extremely

Every time I go here they’re ALWAYS out of something. I ordered 2 large chili cups. And they tell me they don’t have chili? How? You’re a major fast food restaurant, how do you consistently keep running out of food? How do you never have what I order? Then instead of giving me 2 large cups of chili they give me two medium fries which is NOT equivalent in price. Wendys is KNOWN for their chili, how do you NEVER have it. I’m so sick of going here and paying for something that I dont end up getting. I want my money back.

Honestly so frustrated with this location. They will not put extra sauce, even if you pay for it. I’ve had to have my order fixed every time. This time he said, no that is extra sauce, when it clearly wasn’t. I told him it looked horrible and left. They used to hook it up, but lately they won’t put extra even if you pay for it.

As a DoorDash or I visit this location a lot they’re always quick with my pick up very clean very on point and I’ve never had any issues with my deliveries, but I myself am a neighbor to this. Wendys and I ordered food for myself here all the time I must say, you will not be dissatisfied with the service nor the quality of the food here compared to any Wendy’s nearby especially when Michael is working, which is usually he is the manager, tall guy with long hair he will make sure that you have everything you need and I never met someone with such a great attitude before in my life. He literally will turn a bad day to a good day, just by seeing him through the drive-through or coming inside to say hello and pick up an order.

This Wendys is never good. Why do I come here, maybe bc I’m a glutton for punishment or maybe I’m just so hungry late at night and I have no real option but either way I still hold out hope that one day I will get fresh or even hot food. Can’t beat the price for trash tho. This Wendys has AI ordering that continued to aggravate the crap out of me before I finally asked for a human. I had the pleasure of visiting this Wendy’s location today. I went through the drive through to order two double stacks sandwiches plan with no cheese which I do so regularly at quite a few different locations. As I paid and looked over my order I realized that it had all the condiments/topping. I wasn’t upset because mistakes happen. I politely pull back to the drive through because the lobby was closed and asked if I can please have new ones only meat and bread as I stated once before the employee said yes and asked me to pulled forward. I was then greeted by a manager (Alicia) who stated to me next time say that which I stated to her I did. She then went back and forth with me telling what I didn’t say. I make this order many times on the regular and I say it the same way each time. A friend of my owns a Wendy’s and I guarantee that as a manager is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this location. More training needed. The other staff was well mannered just bad management.

I doordashed from this Wendys and I got the Baconator fries, it looks like they poured grease on top of it, the fries are sitting in a pool of grease. Absolutely disgusting.
