there was a deal on uber eats so I thought I’d have McDonalds for the first time in a while. sometimes some hot garbage hits the spot after a long day. but the chicken nuggets were barely above lukewarm and the fries were missing, both from the combo and the extra side order. the place is not far away enough for the food to get that cold and completely forgetting to put the fries in my bag is a serious oversight

I normally don’t have problems here, But I visited this location today and I was accompanied by a very immature child acting person. Her name is Abe a….. She was an Indian girl had to be no older than 17. After I paid for my food, I went to the window and I asked could I have tartar sauce she looked at me very judgmental like started, giggling and smiling, and close the window and one second and she went to go talk to somebody else making jokes trying to lower myself with steam, but you see you can’t do that to me. I have too much confidence for that. And I’m too beautiful for that, but you see the thing is even though I was unbothered by her ignorance. This should not be happening in a professional business. This is a multi billion dollar corporation and it doesn’t make sense why people can’t remain professional and these businesses, I know your pay grade is low, but it doesn’t mean that you can treat people any type of way you want to. I won’t be returning to the store because of this individual and I will be reaching out to corporate to express my concerns of the inappropriate actions of the store associate everyone else there Was reasonable she was the only person I had an issue with, and I will admit that I had to remain calm because I did almost get out of character because of it, but I didn’t I really hope this is addressed sooner than later

I can not eat cheese. I always order a #1 no cheese. The ticket even shows that they were told no cheese. They have put cheese on my Big Mac every time he has picked up my food.
The first time was an honest mistake. But they have done this every time he has picked up my food.
It is to out of the way just to go back. Won’t be going back to this location.
Fast food is just as expensive as dine in restaurants now days. They need to get the food right if im paying over $10 for a singe meal.

I order a meal in drive through, they kept asking what my order is. Then they park me and im waiting 15mins on one meal at a fast food. And then on top of it didnt have sprite and they messed my order up. I always usually go to the derry street mcdonalds its 10 times better then this one and the food is always fresh. Never come to this one again and i work here on union deposit road. Service is always ridiculous here.

Had a really aggressive and rude experience with AUTUM the GENERAL MANAGER. Had 2 regular mobile orders of a simple fries and drink. When I get to the window only one order went through but both were charged and everyone seemed confused. When the GENERAL MANAGER AUTUM came to the window she was very rude and walked away in the middle of our conversation. After that getting to the second window to get my food everyone was also confused. Overall it was the strangest interaction at a McDonald’s especially for a simple fries and drink order. Definitely wouldn’t want to try coming back here.

I just wanted a ice cream cone because it was a hot day and I just wanted something to cool down and I didn’t want to go Really far to an ice cream place and I love soft serve. Well, don’t go here or any McDonald’s for that matter because it seems like they don’t want to give you the ice cream they’re suppose to. Or they just tell you, the machine is broken because they don’t wanna get it fixed or actually do their job. The guy working the drive-thru handed me the cone like this. Like he didn’t even attempt to go all the way around the cone and make it look good. Last time I went here another person in the drive-thru tried to tell me the manager was trying to save money so they were cutting back on ice cream. I’m like wouldn’t you want to make money? Screw it next time I’m gonna go to Rita’s even if I have to pay a little more. And on top of that, the food that my husband got he threw it away because he was pretty sure it was from the lunch rush seeing as the Nuggets were cold and rubbery. Also the cone I got was stale like they don’t even check their product.

I was shocked the ice cream machine worked. LOL But! With the price equaling a local diner for 2 meals, you would think we could get some fresh and not stale fries, they were horrible.. The Big Mac was OK but you can tell it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while.

Whenever I buy at McDonald’s I ask for a frappe and on several occasions I have asked in this location and they always give me the frappe with pieces of big ice and I ask for food without onion and they put it on it is as if they did things for purposes
