This Jack in the Box has decided to stop selling the Gold Peak Ice Tea, despite it both still being on the menu and a staple that Jack in the Box assures one can get anywhere at their stores. The nice people here have informed me that it was their boss’ idea to cut this product out even though they aren’t supposed to, preferring to push cost-effective alternatives like Powerade. But this will not do for a diabetic like me: it’s one of the only places I can get unsweetened ice tea in the early mornings, and artificial sweeteners are just as bad for us, if not worse. Please reinstate.

2025-07-12 Since my review below they have stayed open later which was my only issue because the workers are nice and I’ve never had an issue with the food. So I lift my rating to 4 stars.
On their website inside dinning access hours say 24 hours, but they are not. Drive up is, but I walk up in the night and would prefer to sit down inside to eat. It’s often often locked after 11pm as it is now, 11:15pm Friday night 05-24-2024. However the food is good and staff are friendly. Update – 9-1-2024 937pm front doors locked.
I see you responded asking to reach out at the website. I currently am not using email.
However while out on my walk last night I happened to noticed a group of 3 men trying to go in to eat last night Sunday 5-26-2024 around 11:15pm and they actually knocked on the door and were turned away.

When we order our Meals we specifically say No onions several times and they still add onions!!!!!! We just recently ordered with no onions again and I think they seem to not care to read the orders! When preparing! Or doing it on Purpose! Will stop going to Jbox they Keep messing up our meals

I have been coming here at this location cause I work close by and I usually stop by to get my lunch. I usually go to the drive thru because they help you out little faster not really much difference. So today I walked inside the restaurant and, they saw me waiting patiently where the register is I waited half hour was really surprised and I had to tell her that excuse me I’ve been waiting here half hour and how come you haven’t helped me out yet, like my lunch is almost over and it’s not fair that you ignoring the customers and she said ok , what do you need, I told her I would please like to order, she told me is your order going to be long, I told her no and if I was was going to order a big order so what, you just don’t leave your customers waiting that long just to get a meal like come on DO BETTER!!!. She was rude she was tall skinny she always wears makeup and she talks spanish. I don’t recommend coming to this location because they give you very poor customer service.
