The drive thru girl with dark brown hair and pale skin was extremely rude for no reason and lacked customer service when asked if I could get a few extra sauce packets…. We think she might have been having a bad day. We sincerely hope her sauce strike was a success and that it satisfied her needs ❤️

I don’t ever normally leave reviews, but today was just absolutely something else. I’m a local caregiver for the department of mental health and today I was training with a new client and a trainer. My client decided they wanted Taco Bell for lunch and we decided to stop by the Taco Bell on Chestnut Expy around 4PM. We were very nicely greeted by a young lady named Pashuntz who seemed to be on her lunch break. Due to HIPPA Laws, I will not disclose any information regarding my client but miss Pashuntz noticed my client and decided that she was going to stand behind us to observe how we do things to ensure that she could be a greater help the next time that we decided to come in. She even tried her best to engage with my client while telling me and my trainer how grateful she is for the work that we do day to day, she was just the kindest people I’ve encountered in a long while and I really hope that everyone who has the chance to talk to miss Pashuntz feels that love from her she is an amazing human being. I just had to make extra time to talk with her because I really wanted to write this review for her as a thank you. You’ve absolutely made my entire week! Absolutely stop by down at the Taco Bell on Chestnut they have incredible staff.

But I’m sitting here listening to the manager talk about how she just wants me to go home so she can start closing. I’m the only one here, so I know she’s talking about me.
It’s 5pm. Not even, it’s 4:46. I’ve heard them say a few times that they close at 7. Two hours from now. I was there for fifteen minutes total, it’s not like I was sitting there all day.
Way to make someone feel welcome on Christmas.

I checked in for a door dash 10 minutes ago and was told it will be awhile, while there only focus is on the drive through, and issue is its not a big order, the drinks been sitting already finished for the 10 minutes wait.

Pizza should have meat and beans on the WHOLE pizza not meat on ONE triangle and beans red sauce on other 3. When you pay for extra meat. You should get it. Not extra beans or cheese. Id rather you take your time and make my food right than to hurry up.

My wife ordered three soft taco supremes & They literally put small scoops of beef at the end of each taco and left the middle filled with sour cream to make it LOOK full. Paid an extra 2.25 for extra sour cream just for them to try to pass it for beef. My sister ordered three hard taco supremes and her taco shells were extremely thin and barely had anything on them & when I called the store no one answered! I would’ve been better off going to the Taco Bell on Sunshine! This makes NO SENSE at all especially with my wife being 7 1/2 months pregnant. Do better man!
